@@andreasbuehler1821 In tarot, the Five of Swords is the card of conflict, tension, and disagreement. In the upright position, it means conflict on the outside. And in the reverse position it means conflict within. In short, there is rarely a time when drawing the Five of Swords represents anything good or positive in your life.
@@DeathsDoorProds Is that like the "knock off sword" like Sword of Vengeance? The sword that's now one of THE swords? I can't believe they'd bamboozle us like that...
Sword of Romeo and Juliet, had a neat effect giving you two bodies alongside the equipment. Tragically, though, both die too early for it to really be relevant
I scrolled through all of the comments looking for a call out of the Sword of Arts & Crafts joke. There was only one and the commenter didn't seem to get the "Greene and Greene" reference. I just want whoever wrote that joke to know that I see what you did and I appreciated it.
@@WizardOfDocs I'm both sure in the knowledge and terrified by the knowledge that someone has almost certainly made a 'cards showing feet' list for a foot theme deck that works for this plan.
Fun fact: An equipment with phasing wouldn't need a clause to re-equip, it would come back into existence attached to whatever it was on when it left. (unless that creature left the battlefield)
There are many popular swords that still see play today, particularly in food token decks. Some include -Sword of Cream and Sugar -Sword of Lime and Coconut (hard to find the reprints) -Sword of Bread and Butter -Sword of Peaches and Cream( you know what I mean) -Sword of Peanut Butter and Jelly -Sword of Sour Cream and Onion -Sword of Rice and Beans -Sword of Pork and Beans (*wheezes*) -Sword of Bangers and Mash -Sword of Bubble and Squeak -Sword of Wine and Cheese -Sword of Eggs and Bacon(my heart can't take it when this is played all the time) -Sword of Chips and Salsa(spicy)
Just be careful to pronounce the full name, once you get used to the modes it can be really easy to find yourself saying "ballista gets in, ho..." and being called out for bad manners
This back and forth format is still one of my favorites and I nearly fall over laughing every time you guys put one of these out. And this one's a oner, too! Fantastic!
I can't believe I still have my copy of Sword of Hide and Seek, took a long time to track down the book it was a promo in back in the pre-internet days and then I thought I lost it but it turned up in the back of my rares binder last week.
"I can't believe they printed an equipment with Ninjustsu" now as of time of posting on 1/31/2022, this joke hasn't QUITE told the future yet but I feel like we're getting very close and that would be hilarious
Wasn't expecting a Robin Leech impression. I actually have an autographed photo of him from a letter-writing assignment I had to do in the 8th grade. If your celebrity responded to you it was an automatic A. I never watched Lifestyles, or even particularly cared about Robin Leech, but he was in an episode of Alvin and the Chipmunks and I thought it would be a funny choice.
Sword of Cut and Run: equipped creature gets +2/+2 has protection from green and red, when equipped creature attacks it deals 4 damage to target creature and attacking creatures you control get +1/+0 until end of turn for each other attacking creature
