The symbolism of the Egret 

An Egret landed in this painting and I absolutely love the symbolism of this bird! Perhaps it’s inspired by the swans and herons that I see most days on my walks.
The great egret is a symbol of great power and elegance. It is also thought to be a messenger from the spirit world. This bird is considered to be sacred because it represents grace, beauty, and purity. Egrets are also associated with spiritual transformation.
