Yes, fair point. This is a great tape for managing the retraction of the blade: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AR1PjKpE1AM.html&lc=UgwGIcKuaTm63ynSuHh4AaABAg&ab_channel=WBToolNews
Yes many tapes have a brake on the bottom you can press to slow it down. I would recommend not letting any tape measure retract at full speed and smack back. Definitely will damage the tape, hook, or the operator.
Tajima makes tape measures but did you know they also make Caulk Guns? Watch our review of the 2way Caulk Gun here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Sb5q0n6lxOs.html
Like that lanyard, can't tell you how many contractors leave their tape measures at my various job sites over the years. I've got quite a collection of them and they are not cheap. Great idea!
They’re all in centimetres mate everyone just converts it to millimetres themselves ha ha, never seen a tape measure that reads 152millimetres but iv seen a tape that reads 15.2cm. You daft cunt do not talk if ur just a diyer
I bought one today, feels like a really solid tape. The blade coating I can already tell will last forever, sturdy hook (with fall protection), and retracts like a beast! The only downside is that the bottom is not flat, so I dont know how well it will stand alone when hooked to something.
