Here are my thoughts on the state of paladins and particularly the role of tank.
Hopefully this comes across as intended, as positive feedback! This is no hate to Evil mojo, I like what they have been doing with the game, I just want to illuminate these points and spark some discussion.
Apologies for the audio of this being bad I forgot to remove all the grain and whatnot! in future videos I will fix this! (let me know your thoughts on the video as well as on the subject in the comments, hopefully the devs will see this and it will spark some discussion around this topic)
In all honesty I feel like Fernando should be pushed out of the 'true point tanks' and lean more towards an offtank, his kit feels like it was designed to be off tank. This would result in Nando becoming a more situational point tank who thrives early game but falls off late game. Increase wrecker cost/potency will help with this scaling. If wrecker is buffed Torvald should also have a compensating buff as well.
Addition here: Torvald protection as an ability is strong! I'm aware it probably sounded like I think its a bad ability. But to clarify I believe protection is a good ability, but it is not the main aspect of his kit that makes him broken - which is his self sustain and CC application, (this forced 2 item buys on the enemy team)
