to be fair, poe is supposed ot be ppl trying many builds where everything is viable and fun to play. i consider it ggg's fault that poe is at a point where ppl are just "shopping" for viable builds. if the game has 1000 viable builds or variants "probably much more" there will be less than 5% of those viable for end game content. if the game was much more healthy and balance ppl wouldn't be starved for builds. but at the same time the fact that ppl don't ever try to make their own shit is part of the reason why we might not know about viable builds that exist.

@@BillyBob-1776 dog what? its legit recommended that you follow a build guide.... there are over 24 overlapping things for a build, Diablo has 4 and (i forget the name but the Asian market one) has 11. 24 overlapping mechanisms for a build is more complicated for build creation then all of the souls borne games combined even if you layered it. Saying someone should try another game bc they cant make a build in POE is not really there fault. You have 10 year veterans of this game who still follow build guides, bc they wont spend 5 hours a day in pob.

Scion is by no means tanky it just has convenient access to cluster jewels. The pvp scaling plays a huge role in terms of what your DPS is and what his EHP is. Cause if you have DPS by attacking very fast and he has enough sustain it's possible you don't have a single or several very large hits that can kill your scion friend. Nevertheless 10 billion is a lot of DPS, so congrats.

It's enabled so you can see the max hit you can take. For most content I don't even use it. Ehp means nothing really.

Yea that's definitely a good option as the Shields are a lot cheaper. You probably will lose out on some dmg tho

@@args6540I paid for this build. Each of the 1p voices was 2 mirrors and the watchers eye was also 2 mirrors. So 8 mirrors just for those. Like 5 of the items were also straight mirror tier items. I think I ended up spending about 15 mirrors total on the build. I am obnoxiously tanky though, so.

@@args6540 the doomzx guy bought a triple watchers eye for 2 mirrors, made a video on his build, and then tried flipping it for 15 mirrors for it LOL

i'm guessing it's because of the regen that the mastery from the fire wheel provides in the video scion has 743 fire res which accounts to about a third of the character's regen

The fire mastery that gives life regen per uncapped fire res is giving him ~1500 es. Thanks to zealot's oath.

Chieftain give you more damage. But yeah it still durable. You just loose some tankyness. Sometimes the best defense is the offense 😁

it's funny i had the opposite experience. Got my scion to a decent doryani prototype then a budget+ transcendence ... despite the numbers in POB my INT/ES splitting steel trickster with 14K ES felt so much tankier. Could do all content ingame, ubers and T17s that i could not with the scion

​@@G00R00i just smashed the nightmare trio in T17 with +9 balls, giga aoe, and extreme attack speed, with my ES stacker. It was hell xD but I clear the feared without any issues at all. Really enjoyed my ES stacker, also did wave 30 deathless. It is really tanky. Sure an armour stacker can taker bigger hits, but I start my 8000 recharge after 0.9 seconds. So I can take DOT like Uber Sirius storms like it was nothing. xD and then the over leech just buffs my DOT defence. shaper beam while being spammed with shaper balls and Elder is trying to pin me down and sucking the life out of me... I could not see my ES go down. It was as if the shaper balls just passed through me. When my bro saw it, he asked me: "how are you able to avoid the damage from the balls" and I told him: "I don't. I just reduce the damage taken to nothing and then regen the damage faster than I take it" super enjoyable

I don't think it's really worth it tbh ..

I was just curious what your thoughts were on phrecia activating the chunk of aura effect from generosity and if that was good at all, on pob phrecia+victarios allows for 86 all res and 150k both armor/evasion (you have to override the auras not affecting you since pob doesn’t recognize the interaction on its own) which seemed strong enough to look into at least

Yeah, he says some simulacrums, some craftings, some this, some that. But I think that all youtubers or streamers who show such extreme results in such short terms are hiding something out. There is no way you can farm so much currency for such short of period of time in any way. It is either economic and crafting manipulations, or you know what's the other option.

​@@WitherAndrotthey are all streaming, you can find all of their data from that. It's simply that they put in 10+ hours a day, and are much more efficient with their time. Empy's group gives ALL statistics after their first week grind on Twitter. And yet every league even though each person has multiple mirrors, their profit per hour is only around 10-14d/h. They just put in 80+ hours, and all of those hours are no brakes blasting.

Yea, you sacrifice Regen suffix for it though. I think hit damage isn't really a problem for this type of armour stacker. Degen is more of a problem

Yea it's a bit weird. Also fortify was down probably so a bit less than 448

the build uses wrath, which grants lightning damage and smite, which gives you an aura which also grants lightning damage. With all the aura effect he is stacking he is getting a ridiculous amount of flat lightning damage

I level everything to 70 with a bow. Always. There’s no reason to use anything else. Just stick a six slot tabula with some kind of poison bow skill and mirage archer and run. If you’re not 70 by the end of the campaign, just grind in the act 9 starting zone can’t remember the name. Aqueducts? Leveling uniques are usually dirt cheap by day 4 of the league, so the campaign is basically a walking simulator for me. By the mid 70s you can transition into CWDT Ward Loop Scion, which I did, costs like 20-30 divs (at most), and that can take you into red maps. I cleared the whole atlas that way, and all the void stones. That build is squishy AF, but nothing but a boss will ever be alive on your screen to matter. Once you’re well into the 80s you can consider transitioning into Transcendence, but you do need to be pretty high level for it to function at all. Mid 80s at least, higher if you can’t afford the voices 1p.

It can't be modified, but it was only 5 chaos. Most of the gear I already had from farming with my RF Chieftain, which I was converting to an Armor-stacking Chieftain. I have boots with 30% speed and one with 50% speed, so I hope I can get across the campaign very fast. I think the gems I got were Rain of Arrows and Mirage, but I will also look for the poison gems you mentioned too. I also have a chest piece 6 link and 6 socket with stats but I also have a tabula too. Lets see how this go and will report back later on. Thanks again.

Cheiftan is way cheaper and better damage scion is very low damage but 2 to 3x more tanky but honestly with chieftan u can still tank everything in the game his build is just overkill tanky and super low clear speed cause molten strike

Scion is not low dmg at all. You can build for dmg items and get around 1b dps this league while still being quite tanky. Haven't seen a cheiftan that has over 1b dps yet.

@@zachx2002 I feel like yalll are playing a different game than I am if you’re calling this build low clear. I only stop moving to loot, and I’ve done every juiced map you can dream of with this build. And being that tanky has made several kinds of content trivially farmable, not least of which is t17, but it unlocks other possibilities for just fun. I can just go buy a stack of inscribed ultimatum, don’t care about what the modifiers are, at all, and run them. For funsies. I can buy 8 mod corrupted maps in bulk, and still be relatively safe in maps, because the only dangerous mod is “no regen”, which bricks basically every build in the game and GGG seems to think that’s fine. There’s a lot of other content that is just far less stressful when you’re that tanky. When Ubers only have one threatening move to watch for, it gets a LOT simpler to farm them. There is effectively nothing in the game, at all, that can kill this build, as long as you’re paying even the slightest modicum of attention.

Yea a bit weird but I didn't use molten shell on the time I died so the max hit is quite a bit lower for that test. I think it would be around 300k max hit with no molten

Uh, we have a LOT of regen lol. I can stand in just about anything not Uber degen level. I think the only one that ever gave me problems was Uber Sirius. Because I wasn’t even paying attention and tried to walk right though it.

he used the 6 link shields/ 1 hand with morrigan craft to make several of those and sell for 100d each . it's a known fact . it was a bug, that was eventually fixed, but at least he profited over that .

Yea if you want a dedicated bosser then it's better to do something else for sure. And with guard skill you can tank the slams, I just wanted to test without too.

I can afford to start the build right now. Nimis, MB, clusters, not the body with global defence, but I get the overcapped fire res without any issues. I already sold it for 30div, and I can just make a new one. if I wanted to, then I could start the build and farm the money to upgrade it. But I can already farm everything in the game, I can easily make 70-120div per day. So the question is why would I choose an armour stacker? :-) There are audiences for multi mirror builds.

Well the difference is that this character can choose to tank any hit in the game. Might be a bit unethical but it is what it is.

Just because someone has made a sanctum blaster every league since sanctum came out and gets 40d/h, doesn't mean they magically know how to make an armour stacker.
