1. If Inumaki used his CT against Sukuna much earlier he would have died 2. Even if Inumaki used it much earlier it wouldn't effect that much as Sukuna can use his CT without moving

I think Sukuna spamming binding vows are pretty dumb, like convenient plot devices to keep Sukuna alive. Like a literal last second binding vow is what allowed Sukuna to kill Gojo with the world cutting slash. Self binding vows don't even carry any risk at all breaking them. And the wcs was still usable with just a few extra steps to use it, still able to use such a powerful attack, doesn't seem to much of a risk on his part, especially since he already has other slashes he can use to protect himself with. Self binding vows feel like when you have that one annoying kid in a Dnd game where he just starts adding new shit to his character that renders it invulnerable.
