For the dough:
- 200 ml of lukewarm milk
- 5 g of instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 g of salt
- 40 ml of olive or sunflower oil
- 330 to 350 g of flour depending on the texture
Topping / Garnish:
- cheese spread
- grated cheese
- red onion and green olives
For the chicken:
- 450 g of chicken breast cut into thin strips
- salt, pepper, curry, kebab or chicken spices
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- dill or other herb of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche or replace with Greek yogurt
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
For mounting:
- mayonnaise, ketchup, Algerian or any other sauces of your choice

- lettuce
- tomatoes
