I love watching your videos. It’s a peaceful and inspiring way to relax. I love cooking over and open fire, but can’t do it so much since we’ve moved into town. It’s at least comforting to see it done and so well.

Why are there no mushrooms? Is it drier than normal? In the pacific NW in the USA we need forest fires to really get a good harvest on some mushrooms, is it the same there?

There is not enough rain this fall in our region. There were a lot of mushrooms in the west of Ukraine this year, but there are none in the north due to the drought.

I'm a Polish girl originally. I've never had pig hearts but this stew/soups looks delicious! I imagine they become softer after cooking for so long. I love your videos. Such peaceful countryside and delicious food!!!

@@roshonanaharwara3699 I've only had chicken hearts which are tiny in comparison to this, and they lasted a bit like chicken liver which I love. Not sure about pork hearts. Probably tasty if cooked well

@@skye_belle888 I also eat chicken heart but I like goat liver or kidney or goat meat, they are also cooked village style on the stove. At times I have also eaten main fish. But I like goat the most. God, forgive me . You are from Poland. It is a very beautiful country or the people there are also very beautiful. I have learned all this from RU-vid or there is no way to know.

@@roshonanaharwara3699 No problem 😊 I'm actually Australian. Well I've lived in Australia 🇦🇺 since 5 years old. I was born in Poland and have a lot of good childhood memories because I lived with my grandparents on a beautiful farm in the mountains, who raised me, and we always had fresh food. It's winter here in Australia now but nowhere near as cold as Poland. I still try and find some Polish/European foods when possible, but the best were home-cooked by my grandparents and I miss them a lot. R.I.P to them both in Heaven now 🕊🙏 🤍 That's why I love watching these channels that show beautiful, relaxing nature and real cooking. Australia is nice too but different. I wish to travel to Europe for a vacation one day
