Rage Gamer$$ lol I live in LA and everyone who doesn’t live there and hasn’t been there before they think that everything is expensive and there are Bugatti’s where ever you go and they also think that you see Kylie Jenner (or someone like that) just sitting at a Starbucks but usually you just see a homeless guy screaming at a piece of grass

I had deep dish once and it wasn’t very good in my opinion, and I almost choked on the cheese because it was too thick. But I’m not so sure, probably it wasn’t good because that specific deep dish pizza was from Michigan city. I never tried the pizza from Chicago, so it probably is good, but it probably wasn’t the deep dish pizza in general that I don’t like, but the restaurant’s quality that I don’t like.

I just noticed that the chef/owner Zach Pollack owns this pizza place AND the pasta place from the tastiest pasta video. My Respect for owning and working in 2 of your very own businesses.
Anyone notice that the girl said that a big problem with pizza is that it has way too much sauce, but her favorite pizza is one with like basically on sauce😂 just pointing it out
Joy Harbin if you have that much that cheese you kinda have to balance it out. I live in chicago and i have deep dish all the time. The sauce sometimes is not even enough

-.- just, research the establishment first. They have traditional Neapolitan style pizzas just as you described but, the San Genaro is their specialty pizza that the original owner of the establishment created himself, after studying traditional pizza-making in Italy. I can't recall the name of the OG restaurant but it's located in Georgia. It's a loooong story but Scott DeSano bought the rights from the owner and started the pizza chain, DeSano Pizza Bakery.
I completely agree the grease on top of pizza is glorious blotting it out is blasphemy I must say all these pizzas look pretty darn delicious and these three hosts Are the best I’ve seen that actually are really excited about the food and actually enjoy eating it : )
My favorite pizza all time is from a resturaunt named Antico at Avalon in Alpharetta it's so GOOD! I love their classic margaritta i think the one with cheese sauce and mozzerella and basil! So YUM!
I was thinking the same. I used to work in a pizza restaurant as a chef and most of our ingredients were the cheapest that you could find in the store.
