It is called Compartmentalisation and it is the ability to compartmentalise your Life (Lives) in such a way, that no part of any one compartment ever bleeds over into any other part of your Life (Lives). For most people it is a skill which has to be learnt, but for some of us it is already a normal part of our everyday lives. With us, learning the skill only makes us better.

Are t he British able to come up with anything that doesnt involve people killing each other, or did good story telling of a healthy nature die along with Jane Austen?? Every thing popular I see, from Poirot, Sherlock Holmes, Morse, Endeavour, this one and many short series and moves - all of them every one, is about murder and killing. Sick society indeed.
They have great humor & scifi-maybe you need to change what interest lists u are on… just like the brain, the internet will show u more of what you already see/think about/focus on😊
