This is such an eye opener. When my resume was not short listed, I knew that it is not a human who is short listing resumes, it is an AI. There is no guarantee that your resume will be short listed, what is the criteria etc. NLP is at its core. I knew AI was being used, but didn't think it would be this deep and long.

This is never gonna happen again. Those who switched at right time are enjoying now. Sometime timing is more important than skills. I myself went from 4lpa to 30lpa within a year. Now I am pretty much settled atleast for 2 years.
@@ayaanahmed2961 there was nothing to guide . I mentioned time was good. So i also able switch during that time. I was also stuck for 4 years in one company.
My parents can't work and I am complete responsible to them....I have been unemployed for 7 years and roaming to get the job....Market has no jobs neither anyone is going to help...I was a contract labour and Today too a contract labour that does only construction job after passing out from engineering.....Now no hopes to get a permenent job. No money do I have and no one going to help me is my destiny and debt is over my head 😢😢😢

sorry to say, grades above 7 is enough to sit in any company, but having very high gpa in every semester can't guarantee of job its technical and you need to strong in that
Nvidea CEO has also said that coders will no more be needed.. Everybody will be able to do coding. Coding will be as important as a English language skill. So, don't give hope to IT employees. IT employees should focus on accumulating wealth. They are left with only around 5 years to earn. After that god knows what will thay do.
Once AI gets matured. Very less IT ppl needed. And it is going to happen very soon. Those who thinking to stay in IT, learn AI and accept that u can be placed anytime.

This things was right indian tech is not want to adapt new technology. Currently i have seen many companies are there they need backend in php(laravel) instead of any other stack like Mern , python , java .
true, most people wanna learn MERN stack and MEAN stack and then they complain about not finding jobs... I've also seen php(laravel) in a lot of job postings, will start researching about it later.

@@TTT-oj1mj already many Chinese are there, if the end goal of your life is to get into Apple then you may pursue your masters over there but there are many other options are available as well like through connections who are already working at Apple, you can ask for referral (Best way to get into) once your interview gets schedule you will just need to crack the interview which will have Dsa, Os, etc. You can start your journey with Swift and deep dive into problem solving using Dsa. I am just a normal Full stack developer. I did 2 months internship in my home district. And some freelancing projects I did. I just shared my knowledge which I got through my connection who is working at Amazon Seattle.

Hello, Sir, I completed my Bachelor’s of Engineering in Information Technology in 2023 with an 8 CGPA. I have a one-year education gap during my graduation.
