Some bands churn out sheer quality, effortlessly, where everything they present just oozes swagger, panache, where u end up loving every song on the album, there's no 'filler' : the lyrics, from the heart, relatable ; the mood, musically perfectly crafted, neat, tight, with undeniable honest emotion, each song different singing styles, depending on subject matter. It must be hard, when u know how talented the band is, to not go too far, to be poetic, but not pretentious, where every word, every chord and beat purposefully woven. Even this comment became a bit pretentious, but it's an honest critique. The type of band where your favourite song changes the more I listen. I know I rambled on a bit here, but I needed to say every word: they earned it. An underrated, cool catchy group creating modern cult classics. From soldier on, fader to science of fear, works of art
Feeling the light, authority and power of Our Father and Our God in those He fills and holds, binds and holds, is fear to those who seek not the surety of sovereign Lord, Light and Love Almighty.... He is self evident. Ignorance is did.
This and Sweet Disposition are absolutely incredible. But the rest of the album must have been rushed, because it was nowhere near the standard of this tune. I'd love to see what these guys could do if they had all the freedom in the world to produce music.
