This is FANTASTIC. The ideas are clear, flow well, and bring into focus in new ways that which I often think about As probably comes across in my videos, my mind tends to be visually vivid & explosive, but often lacks a certain linguistic clarity & precision of ideas As a child, I would spend hours fantasizing about being in a pre-civilized or post-apocalyptic, with vast expanses of enexplored wilderness I would only get a feeling similar to these fantasies when canoeing in the wilderness, many miles from civilization

The phenomenon of animals refusing to breed in captivity seems to have a Darwinist explanation in that instead of having offspring, the animal would rather preserve itself to breed until it is in a space of more resources, no? Something similar to this?

Possibly. There is clear evidence people placed in urban settings see a severe drop in the replacement rate. Japan and South Korea will completely collapse in my children's lifetime due to population collapse. Whatever the reason, the domestication and captivity of all life tends to destroy the drive for procreation.

One thing I respect about Mongolians and what we can emulate is that they have Genghis Khan as a national hero and built a big ass statue for him. They don't sit there and moralize about how evil he is and apologize for his wars. No, they simply don't care. He was Mongolian and conquered large swathes of land and they celebrate it without feeling guilty. We should do the same for our heroes. Did some European explorers do bad things? Yes. Should we still celebrate our culture/history and the amazing heights those old explorers and conquerors achieved? Also yes.

Fascinating stuff, looking forward to your podcast. If you haven't already, I suggest you read Schmitt's book "Land and Sea", he touches upon several of the points you made throughout this video, like the correlation between explored space and how it frames the mind's conception of reality

Came here after you were praised by "The Court's Sense". Really been enjoying your channel. Nice to hear a reference to Desmond Morris in this piece. His two popular books of the early 1970s, Man Watching and The Human Zoo, make such a clear and logical case for things you discuss here, the ideas should have stayed in the popular discourse. They greatly influenced my world view back in the day. Sadly the books seem to be almost forgotten about these days. Glad you were able to use them.

Looking forward to this. There was an episode of BAP's show where he describes late-Roman Pagan/Christian ascetics as heroic explorers of spiritual space. They were stymied by an inability to expand in the physical world, so they turned inward. We walk in their footsteps.

Mate I’ve been looking for a podcast that does justice to our history and isn’t just the same trod out self flagellating revisionism. Even with all the qualifications, these were noble courageous men. As soon as I’m paid I’ll be subscribing to your Patreon. Keep it up!

I think there is a balance here. There is more to preserving one's line than Darwin's simple explanation. A person can have an individual purpose and at the same time an obligation to their lineage. These things should not be considered contradictory.

Mastering space also extends to metal space and the sciences. And unfortunately, those are all mastered except for the very nuanced fringes. There are so few frontiers left in mind or matter

There’s a poetry in the fact that the Star of David is an inverted triangle placed over a triangle. The triangle is the symbol of hierarchy, the star is the inversion and subversion of hierarchy.
@protoindoeuropean

The mossad intelligence agency roughly translates to “through deception we win war”. A fairly apt and congruent line of thinking of the start of David
@undefinedhuman7404
@undefinedhuman7404 10 месяцев назад
from what little I’ve researched the Star of David is based on the Seal of Solomon, which is an alchemical/hermetic symbol representing the idea of “as above so below”; the upright facing triangle is the former while the inverted triangle is the latter

I don't know if I follow the thought process fully, the curve ball was the emphasis on white Britons being a minority in London as though this alone signifies something about colonial guilt. As far as I can see, all wealthy European nations traded homogeneity for pensions. Korea and Japan refuse to do the same. It's not as though all nations sourced their workers from their previous subjects either, but of course, language heritage plays a big role. Colonial guilt would be so low on the list of reasons worth emphasising I wouldn't even mention it, hence the curveball. Also it's weird to me hearing the idea of failing western civilisation without hearing the attempts at keeping that exploration and thriving spirit alive. American obsession with domination and control is that spirit embodied perfectly. Disclaimer is that my POV is as a Tunisian. My heritage involves much of the same principles you claim made Europe great.
@jameslave98
@jameslave98 11 месяцев назад
You're completely wrong. Demographic replacement is driven by evil 🇮🇱. Europe was perfectly capable of having a functional civilisation without third world migrants. But then again, you're Tunisian.
