This MALE officer needs more training. A simple wrist lock, with arm bar would put this woman on her stomach under full control. NOTE: With less chance of injury. GET SOME HAND TO HAND TRAINING.
HE TRY TO TASER ME. HIS EYES THEIR EYES LOOKED LIKE SILVER DOLLARS WHEN I GRAB ONE WIRE OUT OF MY CHEST QUICK. SNAP. AND MY RIGHT ARM COME AROUND RIGHT HAND GRAB WIRE PULL OUT MY CHEST HANGING IN MY HAND NOT COMPLETING THE CIRCUIT. I KNOW GOD IS IN ME. WITH ME. I DON'T KNOW HOW I THINK I AM JESUS FATHER. GUI.
He couldn't bear to admit he needed to taze a woman to get her under control, but he was within a hairs breath of losing that battle. One false step, and she and the other occupants of the car would have been on him. You can see the guy in the car was constantly trying to figure out if the time was right to make a move. She was a beast, he shouldn't have played around.
That sergeant is my new favorite person. "You think the sheriff is going to come out here at... 3:30 in the morning?" "You pay your taxes? Good for you. So do I."
I got into a minor argument with my drunk boyfriend a couple months ago and it escalated to me having to leave our home and go stay with a friend or call the police. I knew I wasn't going to get through to him in that state so I got in my car and left.
Best supervisor ever. That man deserves a raise. So jealous; wish he was my boss. I can only imagine that it would help relieve a lot of stress having him come and not coddle abusive people or throw you under the bus.
Honestly so shocked she got jail time. Im so used to getting to the end of the video and hearing "She was released on a $500 signature bond and all charges were dropped a year later"
Why should people be released anyway? Why should the rich people get away while they will pour a people don't? The law should apply to everyone the same.
@@Timlareit I'm not exactly new here. I know that way too many of those people can just walk for a very low bail and I'm not a fan of that. I just wasn't exactly "shocked" that she got jail time because I guess if you're already on probation and get arrested again, it's mandatory that you'll have to spend some time, isn't it? I'm not really familiar with that point since I'm living in Germany. 😉
"Uh Oh, I'm driving drunk and was pulled over. What do I do to avoid responsibility? I know, distract him by saying my passenger was jumped by a bunch of black people". Pathetic. Truly pathetic. These are the worst people.
People who lie to emergency services & try to waste resources drive me nuts! Had a rude abusive guy in his 20’scall the ambulance recently & ask for us to call his grandma because he had a flat tyre & had no credit on his phone. We advised him we’re an emergency service & even gave him a free number to call to a roadside service company. He rang back 3 times & became more abusive each time (because he knew he was doing the wrong thing). Then he pretended he’d actually been in a car accident & someone else had smashed his car & run away (he was obviously drunk driving), obviously hoping to get an ambulance there quickly to get a ride. Because we have to err on the side of caution in case he did happen to be in an accident, the police, fire & ambulance had to go. The police arrived first & oddly enough couldn’t find him 🤣😂😆 He obviously didn’t think through the fact that the cops would be coming too & bolted when he saw them 🤷♀️ Hope he had a good walk home & his grandma takes his car away from him.
@@allisonjames2923 reminds me of the guy that called in with a whole story of a missing child left on a bus because while taking a smoke break at a rest stop, the bus pulled off without him. The child was fake. He was just hoping that the police would stop the bus and let him on, somehow forgetting the missing child😂😂
I do the same thing honestly because whenever I look back on my past actions, I realize that there is a rationale to almost everything even when you’re running on the lowest function of your brain level. Your good man! Your just living lol
Under certain leftist ideological paradigms which are popular with certain identities within the illiteratti, yes actually. Remember, the more boxes you can check, the closer you get to winning the oppression olympics, and top scorer is immune from all societal norms due to "inherited trauma".
"I was trying to provide a sobriety test' - keeps slurring, screaming, squirming and resisting - sure, that's exactly how a SOBER reasonable person would behave. Sigh. 😑
especially if the judge watch the bodycam's footage with her refusing to comply to ALL commands given to her. Cops were nice until she decided to act stupid.
She’s claiming she was ripped out of her vehicle when in fact, she opened her own door and got out of the vehicle and was starting to close the door when the deputy made contact with her physically. She wasn’t ripped out of any car.
As a civilian, I'm so glad for bodycams to back up their lies. She was ripped out of her car? She got out of her car on her own. These people are unbelievable.
I'm reminded of one of the many great lines from Inuyasha: "You got a problem with that, Muttface?" "Ehh, did you just call me a mutt?" "No, you're right. That would be an insult to canines. You smell much worse!"
I was literally a police supervisor for several years and I can say that there was only one incident out of thousands of encounters that I intervened to change my officers decisions. So why does everyone want a supervisor on scene ?
I don't see why he decided to cuff her at that time in the first place. It was the opposite of de-escalation. You have to be a bit tactful when applying physical restraint to a human being, she was nowhere near requiring that at the time that he initiated it. She might have ended up being bratty anyways, but that unnecessary confrontation was a sure fire way to stir some shit up. Operator error.
@@sweezlesquee She was "nowhere near" requiring restraint? Cops can cuff/detain you when you are being perfectly calm if they deem it necessary to maintain order at the scene of an incident. Ex: if there are several witnesses and complainants, they can detain them all and separate them while they sort through the allegations being made.
I do not understand why ppl get angry and belligerent when they get drunk!! I’m literally the happiest, funniest person on earth when I’m drunk. And me likey the Sargent. His clapbacks were fast and on point 😂😂
He was amazing ❤❤❤ “the sheriff is not coming out at 3am”. They think they have a right to ask for a sheriff, it’s actually a sergeant. They’re just too drunk and uninformed to realize. That generation as a whole is just so effing disgraceful.
She was literally sober. They literally yanked her from the car. They literally grabbed her head. She literally this. She literally that. They literally this and that. Ugh. That aggravates me.
Lmao you realize you cringe ass millennials started that in the late 90’s early 00’s right? You all are quite possibly the stupidest generation I’ve ever seen lmao
She’s clearly been spoiled. Whenever she gets loud she more than likely is given what she wants. That’s why when she’s drunk she reverts to this thing.
Exactly I stay 3 hours and 15 minutes away from Wisconsin I was by the Sam's club in Joliet IL one day and I see in the corner of my some people running in the middle the road I turned my head and the police was chasing this guy about 5 police officer jump on the guy in the middle of the road to get him down and then the cars pulled up it took them 20 minutes to get that man in the cop car cause he was fighting them
For those wondering, a "sternum rub" is a pain stimulus used to check an unconscious person's responsiveness. And sinking a fingernail into someone's fingertip is also another form of pain stimulus for the same reason. Both are very painful, so don't pretend to be unconscious when a police officer or nurse is involved. 😂
@@yawn6986Yeah they'll flutter their eyelashes because of the weird, awkward feeling. I know this, because my dad used to do that when he'd catch me still awake in my bed trying to hide the fact that I was up playing my Gameboy 😂
That is across the board. The cost of taking every single one of these losers to trial would bankrupt every single state. Plea deals are the only way to get through all these and save counties and states money. Even if they wanted to there are not enough judges and courtrooms. Also citizens would be in jury duty 2 times a week.
They want repeat offenses to stack up the fines. It's really bad in Wisconsin it seems. They are more worried about generating revenue than locking away criminals. The cops do so good too and I have heard them complain about the bond issues. We need to vote in a lot of new prosecutors and judges and get rid of a lot of current ones that aren't doing their job. Also commissioners and police chiefs. Any police unions need to be abolished as well. Then we will see real change. The biggest issues are the higher ups tho obviously. I watched people assault cops for 100days in Oregon, and the governor and other higher ups kept telling the police to stand down and didn't prosecute sooo many people. They literally threw bricks and body fluids and poop and shot mortars and such at the police. They assaulted police with different weapons like hammers and clubs, yet the higher ups didn't let them do anything about it but hold their ground. Then people complained about using tear gas. We got a lot of issues to deal with in this country.
2:52 drunk guy: i just got jumped by a WHOLE BUNCH of black guys....like 15-20 minutes ago 🥴 Drunk Girl: Their LITERALLY black people following us 🥴 Drunks will make up the most shittest random excuse to downplay themselves to get out of trouble, and shit NEVER works 😂
Its what a narcissists do to retain their sense of control over others (when their power is being taken away from them by being arrested) they attempt to fabricate some sort of moral high ground within their head to prevent a total narcissistic collapse of their internal ego/monologue
hahaha. She played about 7 Get Out of Jail Free cards. "I'm a woman! I have children! I pay taxes! You have to let me go if the sheriff isn't here!" and the all time #1 since 2020, screaming, as loud as possible, lungs full of air, "I CAN BREEEEEEAAAAAAATHE!"
I was like woah that sergeant is young, and then you watch him work and see he's just *that* good, calls them on their unintelligible nonsense, and when they have an attitude he basically tells them to (respectfully and professionally) eat shit 😂
One of the common issues I've noticed in most of these videos isn't just alcohol, it's extremely low IQ and an extremely high sense of entitlement. Two words: Corporal. Punishment.
Ever notice that 90% of the cars pulled over for bad driving ALSO don't have a good drivers license, registration or insurance, and then 90% of the 90% also have something illegal in the car......drugs, guns drunk drivers.....
THANK GOD a sergeant that doesn’t cater to bullshit. And her “are you kidding me?!” After hearing she head butted the officer then him shutting her down with “it’s on camera”. I loved how the police handled this ❤
Most people do not realize how hard it is to handcuff someone fighting like this. Frightening because of the two other people in the car. Imagine that she is a man high on meth or the danger of being attacked by passengers. God bless law enforcement! 💙🙏🕊️
