I’ve experienced sleep paralysis before. About 7-8 years ago, I used to be interested in paranormal stuff, so I used to research haunted houses and watch documentaries and shows on haunted houses and ghosts. During this time, I got sleep paralysis every night for at least 6 months. I couldn’t open my eyes, but I was paralyzed with a heavy pressure on my chest and I would hear weird things. I would also think that I saw demons (black figures). It got so bad that I had to go back to church. I would get so scared that I would run to my parents room and sleep in their room and I had to sleep with the lights on for like 3 years because I was terrified. I was in high school at the time. Now I get it like maybe once a year at most.

Hello Brandon. Long time subscriber of your brother Brian/FaZe Rug, this video was recommended to me as of yesterday, and I had finally gotten around to watching this today. This goes out to Mama Rug in specific, but if you please to, feel free to show your entire family. I have had paranormal stuff happen to me over the years, starting when I was just 5, I have been told stories from when I was that young, one my mother told me was that she, while working the night shift at home in her bedroom, saw what looked to be a person walk into my room, as she went to go and check on who entered my room, nobody was there, so she left, and went back to work, though not long after, she saw the figure leave my room, it was a one time thing of course. Another time I was told of a story how I sat up in my bed, still asleep, and was singing a song, while my brother, being awake, in his crib, stood up laughing at my singing, sounds scary enough, and of course I believe them, but in case that's not believable, well here's some more. It was shortly after I began watching such haunted and scary videos in late 2018, I recall all these moments too, from seeing stuff physically fall or get flung in front of my own eyes, my nightlight flickering at night and my bed shaking following it as soon as I turn the light off in my own room at my dad's old house, to stuff just falling on its own after my dad moved into his own apartment, I don't know why any of this had happened, of course some things can be explained, like an electrical malfunction in the wiring of the house, or things being too close to the edge and falling off on its own, and of course being a heavy believer of this stuff I just assumed there was a spirit or something lingering in the house, though I want to talk about sleep paralysis in specific. As sleep paralysis can be easily put off as a spirit just waking you up out of your sleep to scare you, or of course the explanation that you just have sleeping problems, we've all been there, and yes, it can come out as either or, as sleep paralysis mainly happens due to issues in your sleep, mainly based on the way you end up falling asleep. This happened in 2018 as well, even after I moved into my new house and my dad moved into his new apartment, while at home, knowing it isn't haunted (the last thing to happen was December 2018, outside we had some hologram christmas lights projecting on our house, mind you this is not one of those automatic moving ones, still till this day I don't know what had happened but every night I'd lay awake in my bed staring out my window and watching as it moved on its own, almost as if someone had picked it up and was moving it, up until the machine was put away), I would have random cases in the night or morning where I'd just be asleep, and wake up feeling paralyzed, of course this is sleep paralysis, nothing too much of the sort, I did see shadow figures at either location, my house or my dad's apartment, of course, as seeing stuff comes with the case of having sleep paralysis, regardless if you have a spirit roaming around or not (trust me I read about this), but there was this one time where I had sleep paralysis that I'll never forget. I'm a young girl who has never been able to sleep any other way than on her side, regardless of which side it was, but I normally prefer to face the wall, it was a normal night for me, I lie down on my side and close my eyes, dozing off, I can't recall what time it was when I woke up as I hadn't checked my phone and never had a digital alarm clock on my night stand like I do now, though now I'm laying on my back, eyes wide open just staring at the ceiling, I see a shadow figure leaning over my bed, staring down of me, at this point I'm in panic, I can't move, I can't call out for help, I can only stare as my heartrate skyrockets and my palms start getting sweaty, I don't know how long this lasted, but it lasted for quite some time, until finally I was able to blink, I could move again and the figure had disappeared out of nowhere, I sat up in bed in a panic, wondering what the hell just happened, but I didn't want to wake anyone up, so I just layed back down, turn my TV on, and fell asleep to whatever was playing, of course I had sleep paralysis a few more times in late 2018, but by 2019, it was all over, no more paranormal encounters, I was afraid to sleep then, but now I'm perfectly fine, though sometimes I still feel like I have something following me, or not even that, something just looming over me from the shed that was built not even a year ago in our backyard, trapped in there. None of this is made up, in case anybody else is skeptical about my stories, these were just stories I decided to share that I think the Awadis family might be able to use for their own informational advantage, somehow, some way.

Having sleep paralysis can be super scary, I used to experience it a lot growing up and occasionally still do. The figures I’ve seen don’t scare me as much anymore but when I feel like I can’t breath or wake up is what still really freaks me out.

Sleep paralysis is one of the scariest things ever to happen to one. I could imagine how scary it is because I have experienced a similar situatin as mama rug did and I could see how scared she was while talking. It is hard to even move a muscle in that situation and for some reason even though your fan is on you start sweating. It happened to me as well. Lots of support, strength and love to her ad your family.❤

i’ve too experienced paranormal stuff like this when i was born and sometimes it still happens. one of the scariest things that happen to me is when i was going into my parents room and saw a shadow figure go under the bed and me being curious i checked under the bed and nobody was there nor in the room. the most recent thing that happened wasn’t to me but it was to my dad, him and my mom were home alone and my dad was walking downstairs and he felt a hand grab his shoulder and pull him back.

Brandon, you should set up an email or something where fans can send you their most scary ghost stories and then pick a handful of them to then make a video of those fan’s stories to tell to your subscribers and for you to react to those stories. Would be interesting to watch!

I lived in a haunted apartment for years my parents still live there till this day . Scariest encounter I had was getting my feet pulled and constantly having someone sit on my bed was definitely scary but living there for so long it became normal sad to say lol .

It's not that the THING doesnt want you guys to continue, it's because it loves the attention and the fact that now that IT has it. Its driving Booker a bit "crazy" along with scaring you guys, REMEMBER FEAR=FOOD for them, be strong and positive. I know a lot of things from just watching videos and experiencing.

I had an experience with sleep paralysis but what I saw was not a human I saw a black shadow. I remember when I was first experiencing it. I didn’t know how to deal with it. I was just keeping my eyes open and watching the shadow and being so scared but now if I experience it I try my best to close my eyes during this whole thing, so I don’t see anything that’s makes me scared even if I hear any voices or sounds I just try to close my eyes until I snap out of it. but when I snap out of it, I don’t feel that I am sweaty or shaking I feel normal. But I remember the worst experience was when I was sleeping and I got into that sleep paralysis and tried to close my eyes and not open them but I felt that something is crawling on my back and it suddenly stopped and screamed so loudly as if someone was so mad at me so yeah, that was my experience with sleep paralysis and I just wanted to share it with you guys

I understand how terrifying these experiences can be. I own a dog and I was sitting on my couch one night, watching TV when out of nowhere my dog jumped up and started running up and down the hallway, barking and making weird noises as well as whimpering and crying. At the time I started to get really scared but had my older sister there to comfort me. My dog wouldn’t stop barking and would just stare down the hallway growling and not being himself, overall it was a scary experience and watching this video made me feel very much the same as mama rug and papa rug, as in my house I have had a few paranormal activity’s happen such as getting my socks thrown at me in the shower and many more. Hope you all fully recover from these experiences that have happened in your lives. lots of love💕💕❤️

Sleep paralysis is definitely scary there was a time where I kept getting it every single day non stop and what I started doing was closing my eyes and just praying in my head, and noticed that praying was the only way my sleep paralysis would last a shorter time. I still get them here and there. Sleep paralysis is a horrible feeling, you try to move and scream but it’s impossible also there’s a shadow on top of you and staring.

I have definitely experienced sleep paralysis, I still do to this day. Some nights are worse than others. It is by far the most scariest thing I have ever experienced in my life.
