in which we care too much about where kids sit
A true descent into hell starts for Sherlock Holmes when London begins to have doubts and starts to lose its trust in him who is incapable of refuting suspicions or of disproving the charges against him. Even Doctor Watson's unshakable faith in his friend starts to waver as the famous detective avoids Scotland Yard, begins behaving strangely by engaging in night escapades, blackmail, and destruction of evidence, and raises further suspicions.

I have to stand up for Watson right now. It is not that he is stupid, it is that people that play these games tend to be stupid. Watson gets to play that role of the guy who puts it in a way that even a dumb ass can understand. Like someone says it in a scientific way, and he says it in the obvious way so the reader gets it too. Sherlock: "We need to expand the subject with helium till bursting to enable passage through the gate." Watson: "Like putting to much air in a balloon!"

No, it's not. I think the developers are from Romania. And "Justicia" is the Greek goddess of justice. Since the 15th century she is commonly depicted as blind, after a Swiss sculpturer made a statue of her wearing a blindfold in Bern Switzerland. It's not an American symbol at all, you just use it, like almost every other country in the world does as well.

Just in-case this pops up more, The reason for it being 18 for the Bombay picture is because it was him talking about the best night he ever had and 1800 is 6 at night in military time. At least, thats how i saw the answer since there wasnt a a.m/p.m switch

No 1800 is 6 pm in lands like mine, (Denmark),, which has a 24-hour clock system instead of AM/PM.

I doubt the game would have let her open up any of the desks until the puzzle was solved. Otherwise there would be no point in having the puzzle in the game in the first place.

Watson is intentionally meant to be dumb or short-sighted, his view point is supposed to be below the average reader's level to make it so that when everything is explained - i.e. how the clues connect to the overall mystery - the reader (or in this case the game player) will be able to keep up. He asks all the dumb questions and says all the stupid things so that the reader/player knows that everything being said is important.

Why so ? The blindfold appear first in a dutch statue od the lady justice from the mid 1600 and symbilize her disregard for status, age or gender - everybody should be equal to the law. She is an roman goddess, with greek heritage and became the starsign virgo. It is true that all statues of her dont have the blindfold as the one of the London courthouse or the big one in Dublin, But i fail to see what that has to do with America ? Frogwares have two studios, one in Ireland, and one in Ukraine.
