The Thing being the Hood Hulk for 15 Minutes | Goon Series 

My favorite Ben Grimm moment was when he beat Immortal Hulk with one punch, he realized the Hulk was more powerful than him in every way but he realized that he had heart and found the motivation to win.

Whoever gets cast as Ben in the MCU, better have a mean new york accent, I can't accept it if it doesn't meet this one requirement

My favorite Ben Grimm moment is when he fights this dude named "Champion Of The Universe" and while he acts more like a Jobber, getting his ass beat, he refuses to give up, even saying through a broken jaw "I'm not done yet" The guy he was fighting straight up quits because he knows the only way to actually defeat Ben is by killing him. It's a great moment because it puts some major respect on Ben's name, but also it does something a bit more important, Ben doesn't win because of his powers, or his fighting capability, but he wins because of his willpower, his human willpower, something he had before his powers and would have after them

Ben really got that shonen "never give up!" type energy

Thing is one of Marvel's best characters, and they have not done justice to Him since the 90's for the most part. His stint in Guardians of the Galaxy was an exception though. He had some great battles and victories in that series. The Thing has defeated characters like the Super Adaptoid, Executioner, Wrecker, Miracle Man, Annihilus, Kree Sentry's, Terrax, Klaw, and many others. Great video and I had forgotten about that Lee/Kirby inhumans classic stories where Ben takes Black Bolt's master Blow and survives and watches Black Bolt get carried off by the other Inhumans in total exhaustion. Great stuff.

My favourite character is Ash Williams. That being said, The Thing embodies many of the aspects I love from being the underdog and is top tier 4 Goon in his verse. Huge respect for the rock man that wants the smoke.

The Thing: Freakshow by Geoff Johns is an awesome read. I highly recommend it. The Thing is so badass to me. Always been in my top 5 superheroes period. I think they should bring back Marvel 2 in One even as an animated team up series. The Thing, like Spidey in Team Up and Batman in Brave & Bold, is interesting to play off of any character you could imagine.
