Depends on the us but.... The 350 and 190 ones both us IR flashlight to illuminated the area infront of them making you light up like a Christmas tree to anyone who has an IR camera (or them doorbell cameras) or to anyone who had actual night vision. Depends on the use however but dont expect the cheap ones to give to any advantage against police or what not as they can see that from literal mils away
