Very impressed by the therapist. Sorry, I was a bit critical the first time she was on the show, but today I'm very impressed.

I get Ben,I oftenly found myself calling out my partner when he called me out.I realized that we were not solving anything.It was out of pride that I didn't accept any mistake I did...it is not a good place to be..I realized it was also an issue with my maturity.

This was great and Nyambura is an awesome therapist, however, on some issues especially intimacy, I found her analysis to be based off on religion and personal opinion and not text book psychology. Religious based and ordinary therapy is different so its good to clarify what kind of therapy is being given at a particular time as sometimes, issues are analyzed quite differently.

I wish I could get an answer to this question What if in Ben and Wanjiru's case Wanjiru being in the conflict stage is affecting her ability to hold space, rise above the level she's at to act as a unit with Ben. Because yeye clearly she is hurting and if you hurt like any normal person you know acting in a manner that asserts you are hurting is the rule of the game.... So how does that play out? Ama sasa ni mimi I need therapy?

Joyride! This one was a heavy one weeuh. It has forced me to take a seat with introspection and I just wanted to run 😭😂 Love it.
