Hello everyone! My first Three Stooges video has been very well received. So today, I am reacting to yet another compilation of the Three Stooges! Hope you like it! :) Subscribe to my channel: / @classicstories374
Two shorts by the stooges you HAVE to watch are "an ache in every stake" and "spook louder" they are at the height of curlys prime and the stooges at their best!
Love the stooges! You should do a reaction to a Shemp compilation. He replaced Curly when he had his stroke in 1946. Moe, Curly and Shemp were real life brothers. Any other Stooge trivia you'd like to know just ask me lol. I know everything about them xD.
I've been watching the Three Stooges on broadcast and cable television since 1971 (when I was eight years old). I also have the entire series of Columbia Shorts (1934=1959) on DVD. I never tire of seeing the releases, even the ones I've seen hundreds of times. It's nice to know that the humor isn't lost among the younger adults of today. The Stooges' humor is timeless, and it is nice to know their early releases are almost 90 years old, and continue to be enjoyed by the masses in this day and age. Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm for the Three Stooges!!
My sister and I grew up watching them in the afternoon, before supper. Several years later, we had an opportunity to watch a collection of their shorts in the student union theater, where I was going to college. It was a total uproar, as it was likely almost all of the people there, had watched them when they were in grade school also.
They were a zany, goofy, funny comedic act. They started out in vaudeville. Curley's grandson (called Curley's Grandson) has a you tube channel. He is keeping up the memories and comedy of The Three Stooges.. Great channel. I used to watch them as a kid back in the 60's.
I just discovered your channel for the first time a little while ago when I just looking around for things to watch. The Three Stooges are crazy. I've been watching them since I was a kid. But all of these kinds of old shows are funny along with others like Abbott and Costello and those old Tom And Jerry or Droopy Dog cartoons. Some of my favorite Three Stooges shorts are their scary ones like "Spook Louder" or "Three Pests In a Mess" just to name two, but there are others. Your reactions and what you were saying were cracking me up. You have very good reactions. Priceless. Plus you're super cute too. Thanks for sharing.
The Tutankhamun / Rootin' Tootin' joke seems to be missed here. Tutankhamun is better known as King Tut. Rootin' tootin' is an old-timey expression meaning "particularly vigorous, exciting, exhilarating, or successful."
Love the stooges reactions.. it’s refreshing to see a woman actually enjoy the stooges. I know that you covered the curly and shrimp years. Would you ever consider reacting to some clips from the “Besser Years including space ship sappy(personal favorite) Keep up the great work!
I absolutely loved your new Stooge reaction!!! I just started watching your vids and I love your commentary and cute laugh when youre watching. Have a wonderful weekend and I hope you make more videos of classic comedies with The Three Stooges, Laurel and Hardy, and the Marx Brothers.
Shemp Horowitz was the oldest, he was born in 1895. Moe Horowitz, was the second oldest born in 1897. Curly Horowitz was the baby born in 1902 Larry Feinberg was not a member of the family, he born 1903 She has a beautiful smile and gorgeous eyes.
15:35 OH yeah, believe it or not, everyone that you see getting hit with the pie... Moe did the throwing, except when he got hit. Apparently, he was so accurate, it was money saving.
I was Born in the 1950,s and every moring i,d watch the three stooges every moring 5 Days a week befor going to school and on this day of 5/18/2023 living at the age 69 years old i still watch them just keep on laughing
Being birn in 80 the stooges were EVERYWHERE in the 80s and 90s. Every sjngke boy loved them. And we still do! Everyone remembers saturdat late nights. Yup. 3 hrs of goodness. Im shocked so many of this gen have never seen or heard of them. Thats beyond crazy. Funniest men in HISTORY
An interesting note about the Stooges ....Lucille Ball appeared in a very early short , Three Little Pigskins , @ 1934 , as a blond ......Walter Brennan appeared in the very first Stooges short Women Haters , Lloyd Bridges had a cameo in one , And ,Jacques O Mahoney, who then became Jacques Mahoney , then Jock Mahoney .....appeared in several shorts before becoming Yancy Derringer on TV
I've ❤'d them for more than half-a-century. My Auntie Gloria was a film/TV actress and met the trio (although of which exact configuration I'm not aware of) when all four participated in a parade somewhere around the L.A. area.
Television stations (there were only 3) would sign off at a certain time late at night and we would wake up early to turn on the TV to see an image of an Indian face (should've been you!)on the screen around 6:05 a.m. meaning the countdown to The Three Stooges would begin in 5 minutes someone's idea behind TV entertainment got us laughing that actually 'got us to school!'
Moe was the real brother to Curly and Shemp, and he did all he could to help. Both suffered major health issues, due in part to the predatory studio contracts that allowed no breaks or hiatus for extended rest.
@@justinford-hp5sr Yes they are. They don't roll me on floor like they did when I was a kid but I also didn't notice or have an appreciation for their commentary on the class structure when I was a kid.
I was born in 1965. I had an extremely sad and difficult childhood. I had an Hispanic Stepdad who abused me and my siblings physically and sexually and i was severely bullied from age 6 - 15. There were two things that gave me the ultimate happiness growing up throughout the 1970's. The Three Stooges and the rock group KISS! If it weren't for the sheer joy and happiness they brought me i really don't think I would be here today! 🥲
Women, and 'The Three Stooges'. They just don't get it, do they🤭?? By questioning why this, or why that, or saying "what's the point", proves MY point. Liking, The Three Stooges IS seperate, than 'getting' it. Notice how, there never was, a female comedy group🤔??? The same principle, applies here………… And BTW, that's not a cot lady, that's a 'geurney'🙄⁉️ I give her credit, for her trouble but swear, she dyed her hair, brunette😏.
Mom always wondered what was wrong with me, watched to much stooges or young Frankenstein, I always liked these classics, they were almost considered to violent for televisions at the time, and I think they were on Hitlers most wanted list.
Classic Stories gal, also check THIS YTube gem from 1975 when you have some time.... ☺️ 'Moe Howard (of the Three Stooges) on the Mike Douglas Show'...
I am a fan of Laurel and Hardy, Marx Brothers, Little Rascals, Blondie, Ma And Pa Kettle.Abbott and Costello I have never Liked the Three Stooges. TOO MUCH HITTING. TOO STUPID. Sorry not my wheelhouse.
Just FYI, this was nowhere near their funniest work, and that's even though I thought Curly was the best. I had to stop on the Native American portrayals too.
