"The Thrill is Gone" (BB King) Christone "Kingfish" Ingram (featured on tv show Luke Cage) Featuring Jimi Bott on drums, John Mazzocco on Bass and Jim Pugh on Keys. @ 2016 Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival Kingfish662?...
There's just one thing in his way and it's glaringly obvious. His weight. He'll be dead before he reaches 25 if he doesn't lose all that weight. It's not so difficult when you're young but his morbid obesity will affect his life. Where were his mother and father when he was putting all that weight on ? They have failed him miserably, there tough love is hard to dispense but it must happen real soon.
Felix Burke- hahah he'll be dead before 25.. Who the hell are you to say that kind of bull shit. You're not God or even close to being a doctor, so my recommendation is to stfu and sit down.
...ummm not real sure what I said to set you off, but I do like the jams this guy is cranking out and it would be nice if he lived a long healthy life so we could hear more of it. You're right. I'm not a doctor or "god" by the way...being that I'm athiest, but don't see how that's pertinent to my original comment or the fact that I need to stfu and sit down.
OMGosh I've heard about kingfish but I've never seen or heard him play till today this man is amazing !!! I've been playing guitar for 43 years and have rarely seen a player this good so young, or even as old as I am .
Oh may goodness! What an amazing musician! I hope he has a long prosperous career. As a black man I am encouraged to see that not all our young people have abandoned the traditional music birth from the children of Africa slaves. I would love to see more black youth pick up musical instruments and put down guns.
You shouldn't have mate! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Lx5Zvi8K1vk.html 80% is in the fingers, 15% is in your head and the rest is just preference. The gear doesn't make the man!
Spectacular playing, I don’t understand why people are complaining “to much soloing” you’re there for a guitar show. It’s like going to see Jimi. You wouldn’t hear someone complain about jimi diving into a 4 minute solo
That seemless integration of Fetty Wap is hilarious. I did that with Chainsmokers in a All Along The Watchtower and the crowd (college students) went nuts and loved every second. That's how you keep the blues alive and interesting!
Teej We did a Jam Band rendition of Wonderwall. Live the intro is a just Closer by the Chainsmokers. I totally feel ya. Intigrating the new with the old is excellent.
Men....if he is goood..... He feels it and you can tell. Few guitarist give me goosebumps, he is one of them. I am sure that if BB was alive would approve and congratulate.
Delightful I can feel your music all the way through my soul and back to my heart again thank you for your beautiful music it's a pleasure to know you and to hear your music what a gift
Saw Kingfish for the first time on an episode of Luke Cage and fell in love with him instantly. The amount of emotion and energy he pours into his guitar is mesmerizing. And then he opens his mouth and I'm in a complete trance. Where can I find more Kingfish?
Fucking hell...I don't know what go say but this guys a fucking legend. Great vocals and a legend on that axe. Dude's gonna go far if this world has any justice to it.
this young m an man has a God given gift. keep playing brother! you are quite amazing and and have a the real feel for what you play. God bless you. Thanks man.
I love how kingfish keeps growing and doesent get complacent in his playing. His evolution as a player is awe inspiring. You don’t ever get to hear blues players playing frank gambale licks and then throwing Stevie Ray Vaughan bends just because he can! I dare someone to call him “just a pentatonic player”....Man that’s savage playing!
Holy shit! I hope he starts taking care of his health! Being a big boy is part of his charm and he pulls it off. I just want him to live past 50. What a man I’ll be looking out for him from now on. Seen a few clips but this is the first I’ve taken notice of!
