The whole time he was talking about it after it happened, I couldn’t help but just mentally wince. I know from experience, he was not delirious from the painkiller. He was 110% strung-out from the pure adrenaline from the pain. If you’ve ever experienced really REALLY bad pain from a non-debilitating injury, it makes your whole endocrine system do a backflip man. It’s crazy

In Canada, the costs are lower with a 1 party system but we still have an incredibly inefficient system compared to other countries with socialized healthcare, a large part of it is due to inefficient administration. Slammed my ring finger last year, horrible pain. But the worst part is the throbbing at the first 2 nights Second worst is I had to cut my finger nails deep below the line because blood dried between my fingernails and the flesh. I have to gradually chip out part of my nail that got lift up and hope not to bleed or hitting the non-scarred flesh To full recovery, it took abt 6 months for me
