Sorry guys no skating in this video, but I wanted to review a product that I believe is great for skaters and prolonging the shredding abilities! I am a huge advocate for physical health and staying active along with being addicted to all things home gym. I think this is a good product at a decent price that can really help elevate your health and physical abilities to the next level, especially for people with back or knee problems. If you have a place to do push ups, pull ups and jump rope you have a spot for this! Next video will have some sick skating, I promise!
