Ads in the OS!🤪 I'm either the product or the customer. If I'm buying a $5,000 computer, I'm the customer. How could anyone imagine the conflicts of interest, perverse incentives, and loss of trust would be worth the risk of renting parts of MY computer to advertisers!? And while providing zero user value?
I think a standalone headset that _also_ works with consoles is the best of both worlds, like a switch for your face. PSVR2 is awesome though, it injected some much-needed life into Pavlov
❤ Thnks for this... I was just trying to watch Netflix, but got annoyed because I couldn't leave comments. It's so good to be on RU-vid. ❤😂 Thank you for this Social update!
I hope they don't ban RU-vid or Facebook or Instagram. I hope it doesn't affect it about it. I just am worried about it cause I have a Facebook account and an Instagram account and RU-vid account. I don't want them to be banned or TikTok account I do.
The US is not going to ban those apps because they're all US companies. TikTok is only being banned because it's a foreign company and a problem for national security. So you have nothing to worry about. :-)
Banning Tik Tok would be harming SO many Americans, who make their living from Tik Tok. The world is a crazy place-we all know it. Don't want to see it??? Don't watch it. Censorship is a crime.
Oh yes it would actually HARM people? What freaking planet do you live on? Not being able to use an app is not going to actually harm anyone! It will just be an inconvenience for those who like to exhibit their lives to others. No one will be physically harmed in any way. Actually there will be less damage to many people. No more challenges that get people hurt or killed! If people can’t live without this app they need mental help.
They didn't hate elon when he was a genius rocket scientist / computer scientist / nerd. They hated elon when he said everyone should be allowed to speak on the internet. That made them big mad.
What about the fact that Representative Michael McCaul (who created the TikTok ban bill) invested $600k into TikTok's direct competitor, Meta, right before the initial vote to ban TikTok began. Why is he not facing jail time for insider trading?
Because every other day politician does the same exact thing. Except majority of politicians invest in Lockheed or Boeing after they send our tax dollars to other countries
... Last year the complete opposite thing happened... Michael McCaul sold between $86,000-$220,000 of Meta stock right before the stock took a noise dive and lost $700,000,000. Are you maybe conflating that with the idea he sold TikTok stock, because I never saw or heard anything about what you're saying. Don't believe the first thing you hear just because you want it to be true. You only end up deluding yourself.
@@JasonFord-l3pthis makes no sense. If he sold it before it nose dive, he made money. He is probably not even worth 7 million and he lost $70 million. These politicians do insider trading all the time. Some are better than others. This is why he is no pelosi or feinstein
@@ferelpuma are you able to read? I said I cannot find anything about what he's claiming, and asked if maybe he is conflating (mixing up) what he's claiming with what I said.
@@sirrom5155 what's that, anyways, in but an American but I as a user should have the right to choose a product. No one should decide for me. One can review a product. This guy did not even use the product
