You see, you've got to be HONEST with yourself.. and that's a real hard thing to do, mind you. Why do you think so many people live in delusional bliss? The first thing you need to do to make your situation better, if that is indeed something you truly want, is to admit that part about you which pains you so deeply and accept that reality. "I have shit myself" And what'll happen is you'll instantly feel 10lbs lighter.

You ever look back at a time that seems distant, in that moment you held back, because you were too afraid of what the outcome of you speaking up would be, you ever think back and realize that it wouldn’t of mattered what you said, as long as it was the honest you. What you said wouldn’t of mattered because when you think back you realize that you could’ve kept it real when you didn’t, that’s what bothered.

The trick they don’t teach in school is that you don’t need any talking or listening to remedy this unfortunate situation. Remember that we can literally just leave. Like, agh you shat your pants…. What a robust excuse to go home and take a much needed shower. Technically, the longer you are chilling and being alive and stuff, the more likely you are to have absolutely annihilated your breathable nut cradle apparel!

Your consciousness will torment you whenever you make decisions not in alignment with your true self. The consciousness is something you need to bring awareness to and allow that awareness to lead you in life, rather than trying to ignore it. Ignoring it or refusing to bring your awareness is what causes the torment. Acknowledge it and accept it. This will free you.

@@saucyalfred8576I will help you my friend. Spirituality starts when you start to realize what we are. We are existing on 3 planes of existence simultaneously. You’ve got to realize you’re a spiritual being having a physical and intellectual experience. Do not neglect your spirit. The more you understand any science the more you can connect it to life and spirituality. Learn about real history. Objective history, not the story told by the victors. Learn about religions. I’ve come to understand after reading several religious texts that the underlying message is very similar throughout. Read the Bible, Quran, Bhagavad Gita etc. Whatever interest you. When learning everything don’t take it like it’s the only possibility for truth. Truths change over time. Especially in science. If you weren’t gifted with a superior system it will be hard for you to absorb this information just never stop learning. Be genuine. I’ve learned so much that I can actively control certain energy centres when I meditate. Through kundalini practices. Whether or not something is a placebo doesn’t matter. All religion and faith seems to be a placebo to me. We have worship genes in our DNA that are EXTREMELY pertinent. I believe when you max out faith you genuinely physiologically change the structure of DNA. So remember. A placebo that works is still something that procures genuine changes therefore it’s technically not a placebo. If anything start with breathing. 98% of humans I meet don’t breathe properly through their diaphragm. As baby’s we breathe solely through our diaphragm and stop doing that as we grow up because of social norms and constraints on general knowledge. Jordan Peterson is a great way to start understanding spirituality. He can communicate ideas very effectively and efficiently. Learn the laws of the universe. Try and understand what GOD is to you. GOD to me is an energy, a harmonic, a field that connects all, yet is the substance in between. GOD to me is my DNA. My ancestors guiding my body on how to react to every situation, emotional, physical, spiritual. GOD is whatever compelled me to take the time and write this comment here for you. They say heaven and hell are places you go to when you die. Yet I read the bible and it doesn’t actually say that. People read the bible WAY TOO literally as if it was written yesterday. It was written thousands of years ago, in a language before English was even a thing. It went from Latin, Greek, Hebrew, English etc. You think a translator thousands of years ago could perfectly translate the text? Even when google translate today gets things wrong? Read in between the lines. Don’t take the very words so literally. Heaven is a place you go to when you do good for yourself and others. I believe this to just be a mental state. Same way where if you do sin you go to hell. (Mental state) Your brain will not allow you to simply forget your sin. You literally go to hell. A hellish state of mind, body and soul. I could go on and on for hours about the floods that reset humanity and how the garden of Adam and Eve actually looked, what Sumerians are etc. Book of Thoth and the emerald tablets… etc

That way of thinking was, more or less anyway, was what got me through me "hitting the wall". I couldn't walk from my kitchen to my living room without feeling exhausted and having my heart pump like I did a marathon. Lay depression and severe anxiety on top of that. I was almost "paralyzed" by fear, anxiety and depression that manifested itself physically. I got to the point where I was like, "Fuck it, if am gonna die . Let me die, otherwise fuck off and I will live my life". Eventually I was able to walk to my mailbox, then walk in my neighbourhood. Eventually I climbed a small cliffside, getting to the top I felt awesome, fucking ill and out of breath but great. I knew I was on the right track with that change in how I looked at it. So it starts with the mental outlook on your situation, then you need to find a physical activity you can pull-off, and then take one step at a time each day to reach whatever goal you have set for the day. Every bit is a huge win in the end, just do something!

Yup, I had to do a repeat myself (don’t typically watch shorts cause of serious context issues) Wisdom has always had a “tone”. Whether or not one can hear it or recognize I suspect is subjective to them alone. However, what is unique about this digital world is putting “wisdom on repeat”. I am beginning to recognize the beauty and power of this. The tone is beautiful, uncorrupted and hopefully transformative. It appears to echo across space time and people. Which is why we want to hear again and again like a marching beat towards truth. I will leave it there for now regarding the dark use of wisdoms tone as marching orders towards “truth” played on repeat in the hands of a naive fool /mis manager or tyrannical monster…. and for that matter everyone in between. This was an amazing replication by Chris of fundamental wisdom he found through Dr. Pederson. Now Passed on to you and I. Its probably best we act accordingly. Thanks for sharing, Take care Jeremy.

The second part, "you take more of the thing that poisons you until you turn it into a tonic that girdles the world around you," might metaphorically imply transforming negative experiences or challenges into something positive and empowering. It suggests the idea of using adversity as a catalyst for personal growth or positive change, turning what might initially seem harmful into a source of strength or wisdom.
