Seems like the worst part of the day (other than realizing your mistake) was that you had a longer boat ride than expected. I'm betting you've had worse days. The boat is looking great.
Boat looks great. Lovely stone bridge you went through. Lovely views on the way. Funny about the wrong direction, at least it wasnt raining. Take care to you both.
Great video love the way you explained your wrong turn. My friend says she is geographically challenged maybe you are too! Love that little boat! You have certainly turned it around!
Lovely new paint job on the boat and a lovely part of the world too! We live very near to there and have been in the Ship Inn pub there a few times now.
Wow, doesn't she look great with her new wardrobe? Love the name scroll too, nicely done. Just a thought that came to me with your panning across the boat. Instead of the channel being called, "The Tiny Narrowboat", why not call it, "Tiny, the Narrowboat"? Oh well, was just a thought. Take care, enjoy your travels when you manage to get out.
Tiny looks splendid in her new livery. Enjoyed seeing your trip (even the bonus extra mileage!) the countryside looks lovely with some sum on it. Boating this time of year with long hours of daylight certainly helps you sleep! Enjoy.
i think you've hit on a nice formula here - lots of scenery at normal speed, and the music when present is mild and unobtrusive - personally we could watch hours of this, love you and wifey and keep it up (that 1816 bridge by itself was incredible)
Tiny's looking beautiful! You know what they say - 'Small but perfectly formed'. Oh, and whatever the direction, any time spent cruising has to be time well spent, right?
She looks very smart with her new makeup on. Love the colors. Nice little vlog and thank you for taking a wrong turn. The landscape was stunning. Oh, that was quite an interesting house you passed with the funky statue things. 😀
@@thenarrowboatvlog8653 it wasn’t a problem, just joking with you! Suggest you get a Pearson’s or Nicholson’s guide for when you are travelling. They come in handy for land marks, facilities etc. Also have useful information about the waterway you are travelling on. Hope you have many years of happy sailing. Tiny looks great too. Where did you get her painted?
A recommendation gave us the name of a traditional sign writer who also happened to be a boat painter, we had so many quotes but he was the most reasonable and his work looked great so we agreed and she was painted near Heatons bridge in the LL
" In this episode we reveal the pain job " Would that be the job where you have tell the Boss and then turn around. Luckily you hadn't done any locks and you teamed up on them when you did.
