Mine has been running an off grid tiny house for over a year now. House is wired through the 30 Amp port. Works great. Five flex panels, four harbor freight panels. Runs mini fridge, lights, shower pump, 20v battery chargers, phone, speakers... love it. Has few issues. Delightful system. Need a diy training course for self repair if the mppt goes out though.
To the person that asked how many watts my AC unit is, I accidently deleted your comment. Nothing personal haha, just hit the wrong button. When the AC was kicked on it was pulling like 900-1000W.
I have 2 questions: My fist question is: Do you have rigid solar panels or Flex solar panels? My other question is about the rack you have for your panels. Are your panels attached to the rack? OR, do you simply lean your panels against the rack?
Series doubles the voltage but keeps watts the same. Parallel keeps voltage the same but doubles the watts. Also the 100 foot wire u lose a lot of power. The shorter it is the less loss u will get from panels to the solar unit.
Great video. I will be getting mine by the 1st of April. I debated about the Bluetti and some of the other popular ones because they are cheaper. Being able to add more battery power was a clincher for me. I am in Arizona so should have lots of sun for the unit. Thanks for posting this to see the unit in action.
Nice video and setup. Just a thought about the sun and cloudy days... you won’t always have optimum solar charging. If you have a generator, you can always use that to charge the battery. I believe the AC wall charger is 600W and I know you can buy a second AC wall charger and use them both simultaneously for 1200W input. So a generator that can handle 1200W constant is great way to quickly charge your batter in suboptimal solar charging conditions or at night (if needed). I would suggest verifying with the manufacturer on using two AC wall chargers for a single battery as I am not 100% sure you can do that. I know you can on a dual battery or more setup. Just some food for thought. Congrats on your purchase!
Thank you for your input. From my research, the wall charger is 750w and I was told you can only do a dual charger setup if you have two batteries. Update. Talked to Ben from powered portable solar and he said that after actually 500w wall chargers. You can use two of them if you have two batteries.
Oh good to know on the wattage. I thought I read that they were lowering them to 600W, but perhaps that is if you run two simultaneously. I thought I recalled something about only a single AC wall charger on a single battery hence my suggestion to check with the manufacturer; but you are in the know on that. Thanks for the response.
Kyle Gregory I thought they were less than the 750W you noted. Charging at a lower wattage might be a determination for battery health/longevity. Thank you once again for taking the time to clarify.
For those worried about cloudy days the solar panels work by ultraviolet light waves and clouds have some effect but solar panels mostly still work on cloudy days. Putting a solar panel under indoor light usually yields no output from the panel.

I have emailed twice and got a late response a week later and nothing on the latest email. Can someone please reach out to me my email has the word fishon in it
