That's an important way to look at it. Many people will dedicate several months, even dedicate several years to making up their own story and they want others to see their intentions and where they wanted their story to go. And Matt is absolutely correct, when you have a show or a story that has a vision set in place and is already so far into the plot, then for everything to turn 180 degrees around and change into something different, it's VERY disrespectful to their hard work and desires. And there's a reason why some actors don't have fond memories of working on specific shows, one of them being they know where the story was supposed to go and then things changed, which is always frustrating when you're involved in it. Though most actors when ever they talk about bad working experiences, they rarely ever use words like, "I cannot forgive them for not continuing HIS ideas." Its intense, but that just shows how much a cast and crew CARES about where their show was going. Sorry, I ramble a lot 😂😂😂

​@@SirSadness well I didn't think those were terrible. Decade's final episodes were just underdeveloped and aimless, but I actually enjoyed the nonsense that was going on.

Neo-Xgray87 Honestly the Movie is probably one of the best Summer Movies weve ever had. Its not as good as, say, Paradise Lost, but its pretty fantastic. Definitely waaaay better than Godspeed Love

I love how easily Matt gets exasperated by the bad stuff in toku, but this was finally his breaking point.

Skipping was only possible for Sentai because NIck is splitting each season of Sentai across two years. Hibiki pre-dates that, so it would not have been possible to skip it and there likely would be no unused footage available, so it would have to be c.

I alway thought Hibiki would work as a Native American theme in the US. Say the Riders are warriors that protect the lands and forests from evil spirits. It would be a great way to each kids about native American culture and history.

Anman999 You do realize that the second half of Hibiki was not originally a part of Shoutarou Ishinomori's vision of the story, right?! I mean, even the first show runner and original staff writers wanted to respect and stay true to Ishinomori-san's original draft. But, as soon as Toshiki Inoue stepped in as the new show runner and head writer, during the staff changes...You can totally picture in your head, what went horribly wrong afterwards and why people hated it and lashex out Toei for its' bullshit.

This is why I'm always so confused about Japanese shows for kids. Super sentai will show monsters blowing io cities and slaughtering civilians before the rangers even arrive. And monsters from kuuga, ryuki and faiz viciously murdering innocent people. Kids will watch that, but their parents draw the line at Hibiki's artistic decisions and attacks that weren't used very often?

Neo-Xgray87 I wish someone had told me Kiva was so god awful before i started watching it bc it took me like ten or eleven episodes before i realized the intetesting stuff (aka the stuff with Wataru's dad in the 80s) was never gonna get focused on very much and that i would be stuck with Wataru's boring "storyline".

HammerMeister1999 what? It did get solved by the end... It made sense... Probably one of the top rider series, I'm really confused here, if u don't like Wataru, he grows, maybe it's just slow, u might not like him by the end, but it's still good
