I don't know about you who is reading this comment right here right now but listen to this man because his wisdom is way beyond the expectations. I'm using the same technic, explained to me by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi when I meet her in Milano when I was 14. That same technic is the one that he described and I'm using it for 3 to 4 years now, after thinking exactly what I wanted to do with my life, and my life is doing very well since then. In the beginning, I thought that I'm too Cristian or Orthodox in a New Age Society that means Minimalism as my environment. But after, I discovered that in fact, the true nature was Sahaja Yoga, derivated from Hindi, for the simplicity of the environment that I was building as a foundation for the goals yet to come. After I put a nail in it and said "yeah, it's true and it's real, and it defines me" my whole life shifted in a positive way that I can describe whit only one word: divine. After practicing for one year intense after everything looked so easy that now I can do anything that I want, it does not feel like it's going to take ages, I just embrace the fact that patience it's a must, and of course, the "tools" are strictly only what you really need in obtaining your goals.
