I think she should tell the guy, not because he deserves to know or she owes him anything but because every time he says something negative about girls with plastic surgery, he is talking about girls like her. That must hurt her feelings, she would tell him about her self and her experience. This could lead to 2 conversations 1. He understands and loves her so will apologize if he ever made her feel bad or 2. He will break up with her because he doesn’t like girls with plastic surgery. At the end of it she will know if this guy is the right guy for her.

Honestly though - it's just blatant dishonesty on her part. Whatever his reasons for disliking women who undergo plastic surgery - he is vocal about it to her and she is well aware of it. Actively hiding an aspect of her like that 2 years into a relationship is just dishonest. Not showing him baby pics because he'll find out. When he finds out, he'll be more taken aback by the fact that something like that was purposely and actively hidden from him in a supposedly serious relationship.

Khalayla is so hypocritical about the chin surgery thing, on one hand she says a girl has the right to do whatever she wants with her body but on the other hand she says the man is a douche and shallow for having a certain set preferences towards women? isnt the girlfriend shallow for caring so much about how she looks to get plastic surgery. At the end of the day she should tell him the truth, he knows her for two years, if he doesnt love her enough worst case scenario they break up and the girl can find someone that loves her for who she is.

48:00 I think that this argument by Bobby makes sense, but not with the word “important” because that puts values on the people, and we don’t know how valuable each person is, especially in comparison to each other. The proper word would definitely be “interesting” and it’d be bigger news if it’s a celebrity.
