Think about the pressure that little kid have to handle. Since 17 age Faker was a king of lol. Getting attention and burden too. I truly admire him. He is one and only league of legends god.
@@axelpetersson5787 faker cant carry all of them, after marin and duke skt didnt have any good toplaners. Huni was basically playing by himself never warding and dying uselessly.
tomislav midanovic That’s the problem, I think no one wants to be in the shadow of a super star. He had good teammates (ss3 SKT roster was god like) but they all started leaving because each individual can be more successful solo rather than being called “carried by Faker.” Then Faker ended up with rosters that change so frequently that he had no time to get enough synergy and chemistry.
James Walker Ryu was the best Zed player worldwide at that time. At game 5, Faker picked Zed into his Zed and made a mechanical outplay that became the most viewed LoL clip. That’s humiliation right there.
I still don't know shit about LoL. Hell, I started playing a week ago. But even I know that Faker is the god of league. He's the reason I started playing.
Check the old stuff, i know its painfull to watch the old league graphics, but there you will find much better plays, faker isnt the type of player that makes insane plays, hes the type of player that wins by consistency and focus, hes the best league player ever know, thats for sure, but besides a few plays like the number one in this video, hes not known for flashy plays.
It was a set play for the team, the whole SKT gang prepared that team fight. even if Wolf contributed the most in that play, doesn't take credit from Faker landing a 4-man Shockwave, could have been a 5-man but iBoy was the only one that didn't got charmed or Silenced.
Zefoc well tell me, if Faker weren't part of that set play, SKT would have won that TF?, if he failed that shockwave and ulted on him instead would this set play would have worked? simple answer NO, althought this was a set play where EVERYONE on SKT had to follow up pefectly, doesn't take the fact that Faker Shockwave timing and position was perfect, why not putting it on a top list?, you could put this play on any of SKT 5 members (at that time) top plays easily. The point is, this video is about Faker plays, why not use that TF to put him in spotlight?, if this were a Wolf top initiation plays, people will give credit to Wolf and give less credit to Faker perfect shockwave IN THAT VIDEO.
his leblanc is legendary because he was the first to play it at an amazing standard on pro play, no one had seen those types of plays before(season 3). nowadays the lb mechanics are known by everyone, not back when he did it
i love that faker sets the example of what it means to be a legendary player but also a great man as well. Humble and focused, lets his work speak for himself.
Number 2 should have been the Riven dodge on Cassio ult. Very underrated play. I was watching when that happen and could not believe it. Absolutely insane.
What happened in that 8 seconds of number 1: Ryu starts with weq then lands 2 autos. While a tower hit lands, Ryu uses BOTRK and ignites faker. Faker uses BOTRK to heal back 192 health. Ryu lands an auto which triggers his passive. Faker Ults Ryu and immediately uses e and an auto. Ryu Ults faker. Faker immediately switches to his shadow to avoid damage from Ryu but Ryu hits an e first. Faker uses QSS. Faker uses a q but Ryu dodges by switching with his ultimate shadow. Faker ignites Ryu. They approach each other for an auto. Ryu is still over half health and fakers passive didn't activate. Faker flashes away. Ryu misses shurikens and then flashes. Faker throws a w behind himself and switches with it but doesn't avoid an auto. Faker uses a double e to finish off Ryu.
I’m glad to study with faker in the same school. It ‘s been 7years since I first knew him in our school but he is still king of League of legend. He has been always polite and so kind. One thing I regret is that I didn’t take a photo with him. Back then, nobody in my school expected that he will be a super star. I must have suggested a sign on my notebook at least.
There is no denying Faker's godlike skill to this game. However the entire SKT team are to be given some credit as well. His Orianna shockwaves are amazing and even better when set up by Huni's Nautilus or Wolf's Rakan. Up until SSG, SKT as a whole as shown that even if you put all of your resources into putting down Faker, SKT as a whole will still find a win.
New one. Faker's Galio dodging Crown's Cassio ult. New one. Faker Sylas stealing Wunder's ult and using a 5-man Gnar ult on G2. It would've been a perfect game if not Teddy throwing it.
I mean considering that play is from season 3 its impressive that it was such high level that it isn't "the norm" now a days like it has for so many other great stuff .
A pretty solid list.It was hearhbreaking to see how the best player in the world was crying cuz he couldn't do "the impossible"(4 world championships). No matter of what he will always remain as the best
Look at what Faker accomplished with just Azir on the pro level in short time. Literally laying out the limitations of the champ, creating abrupt disruption and displacement, that turned the enemy team into headless chickens during team fights. No coincidence one of the only “control mages” faker excelled at was nerfed and thrown into the “will get to later” bin by riot. You can see so much expression in his gameplay with Azir.
I lolled at how montecristo butted in over the other caster's voice in that zed outplay. He wanted to hog the moment so he shouted even though it wasn't necessary. Dude let the the other caster do his job lmao
I don't get why Faker gets the credit for landing his shockwave on 4 opponents, when they were all bunched on the spot thanks to wolf's impeccable engage.
I mean, you dont gotta love T1 to admire Faker. Back in the days, he was responsible for more than half of mid lane champions nerfs and whatever he played, was the current meta for that season. Not to mention that safe to say every league player knows him and his best plays. Dude is goated for a reason. PS: The only player I see matching with Faker on that elite level is Dopa.
5:50 I'm playing LOL for about a month now after 4 years of playing Dota, you can never have that kind of positioning in both, the enemy will exploit your weaknesses and wipe you out.
Tuấn Trần Anh not huni play. That’s huni mistake but SKT turn it into a beautiful teamfight. All of that is beautiful , Nautilus ult, beautiful ult by Nami but most important is that flash ult by Faker.
I love how faker's shockwave in no.2 is just a follow up shockwave but the commentators are screaming: "FAKER SHOCKWAVE WILL FIND THEM ALL". Not to mention the "faker: king of shockwaves" title.
The true miracle is that pretty much everyone in the LoL scene know Faker as one of the two players in the world who aren't trash, with the other being Dopa.
Faker isnt a flashy player, almost all those plays are silver level plays, the thing that makes faker so good is consistency, he plays like this every time, and it doesnt matter if hes behind or 0 5 0, he still manages to do the same plays and that turns games into his teams favor. That and of course the overall expected knowledge a professional player has, makes him an outstanding teamplayer. If you want flashy stuff go watch double lift playing with blitzcrank and stuff like that.
im a fan of faker but dont you think his orianna plays were all set up by wolf but yet he is taking the credit? Yes he is a great player but please do not overlook his great support!
I'm a huge Faker fan but I don't agree with the second one. I remember this game and Faker didn't really make this play, Wolf did. He got them caught in his ult and set faker for a perfect ultimate. Faker did a good follow up, which is expected but the real mvp here is Wolf.
