@@SolidusPenguin fair enough, but if a guy who hacked back when he was 13 is now banned for life ( even though he never hacked in a tournament) shouldn't the guy who actually hacked in a tournament get banned for life, hell he should be banned from every other competition. the ban system is quite unfair imo.
Are we really going to just ignore the fact why blitzchung was really banned that fast for what he said? He got banned that fast because it was putting a bad light on China, not for just being a political statement. An American company bending its knees for China. Then Blizzard made a half assed apology and then everyone in the community thought it was ok, even though it didnt really address why this was a big deal. Still really disappointed in Blizzard and most of the community tbh :\
@@jhoncestavee.quinio7300 Apdo played on a pro team for a short while + he was explicitly banned from pro play in the middle of a tournament. And why is T1 on the list then?
@@NMkcen lol are u for real? What do you think “life time bans” change in the community?? Look at VSM, Brax and Jamppi. Whats the big deal they got bans like years ago? everyone know they play legit, but they still dont have a chance to play valve tournaments. If u want to make a “community” better, just develop a decent anti cheater
@Neil Rao He really did deserver it man. If me, you, or anyone else would've been caught using the same thing. Permaban no doubt. The fact that Epic has kept it permanent is great, cause it shows there are consequences to your actions no matter what your status is and no matter how much money is on the line. And also saying "Don't do this, this is very bad" has been said for everything, and no one listens. That statement means nothing. But yes, he really did deserve a lifetime ban.
David Carothers III it’s a controversy because people cheated in tourneys by litterally feeding dmg and only getting two weeks ban and still being allowed to play in the tournament.
Here’s my story, I started playing league of legends back in 2013, I had internet troubles and disconnected accidentally from a lot of games so riot banned my account for 1 month, one of my friends had two accounts so he let me play on his until the ban was over, he had more runes than I did and a few more champ so I ended up keeping that account once my internet was fixed, I played with it for three years and spent a lot of money in it, then stopped playing in 2016. I came back in 2020 and found out that someone started using my account and did something so it was permabanned and when I tried to contact riot support they told me that since I wasn’t the original creator of that account I couldn’t do anything about it, also I haven’t spoken with that guy for years now so all of my skins (a lot of them you can’t get anymore) are gone and I made a new account, if You read this far, first I love you dude! And second I know I was dumb
I got a one day ban for AFK in LoL. Wasn't having a good day and team mates seemed to know the right buttons to make me tilt. Took that as a sign I was over LoL. Whilst my ban was only for 24 hours, it's been 3 years since I last played a game.
I think the fact that the world let China get away with the Hong Kong stuff is even worse. All that protesting, all that drama... in the end they just moved in and took everything and everyone forgot about it because it was old news (although admittedly Covid-19 certainly created a hell of a big distraction).
That's why I got some joy in seeing Activision-Blizzard's scandals (involving harrassment and executive cover-ups) come to light. Just shows how awful its leadership is, and its recent games have suffered because of their greed. Sometimes you need to be patient. We reap what we sow, but the crops need time to grow before the harvest.
Ofc he's not, only shows that they don't havy any deep knowledge about Twitch but are just aware of the top viewed guys that show up when you check the top streamers by viewers on some caterogies. Forsen is an former Hearhtstone Pro, streaming on Twitch since 2013 and literally the face of Twitch, his forsenE Emote is the most used on the whole of Twitch till this day and he was known back then to be the absolutly cancer magnet of Twitch, being valued by Twitch Staff for keeping the cancer of Twitch away from the other streamers, LOOONG before kids like XQC turned up..
Cheat code is fun at home. But why did they think no one would not notice on a tournament game? Someone so simple, kind of deserve to be permanent banned
my buddy got permabanned from league for abusive chat back in like 2014 maybe even 2012 but even never let him live it down. it always comes up whenever someone gets banned for queue dodging or any little ban even a 15 min ban
UNBAN SWAG: here is some backstory from richard lewis: Swag was poor. Him and his family were living in a trailer. He DIDN"T get paid by IBP. His family did NOT support his esports, and demanded that he MADE MONEY. HE DID NOT DESERVE A BAN THAT FUCKING LONG.
Funny thing is that key is just used to open vents. So he was able to open vents slightly faster than most. He wasn’t using an aimbot, he wasn’t using wallhacks, he wasn’t using anything to help his aim or kills. He was getting into vents/walls slightly faster than a normal hyper spamming pro. This also means that everything Pengu complained about is just lies.
My LOL account was perma banned for usage of illegal softwares. I had not played for 1 month, my match history was empty... I got unbanned 2 weeks after.
So what I'm hearing is Punishment usually means nothing if you're popular enough. Like only one guy dropped off the map from these, the rest came back or had their careers invigorated because of the baggage.
Ive got a ban on MW3 Multiplayer, put more as 7000 hours in it, got banned because i got into a modded lobby while searching for S&D, all my stats, progress, everything got Fk'd & got perma banned. Appealed so many time without any result, Rip 7000 hours.
2:28 Wow that old Nunu throwback though. So much fun to build fat AP and snowball people down in like 3 hits. 😌👍
My main account for rainbow six siege got banned for 30 minutes because there’s a glitch where you can’t hear banshees and proximity mines and I flick headshot a ting but the final killcam didn’t add the noise everyone in the lobby reported me not even a minute later BANNED FOR 30 MINUTES
Faze Jarvis is the ultimate example of teen brashness in a professional environment. This to me is a compilation of some of the saddest people in the gaming community for various reason. The biggest one being "look at the skill you threw away."
Eh don’t, for every pro there’s 10 casuals playing at home who are better. Jarvis is the ultimate example of not having common sense, he knows cheating is heavily frowned upon and for some reason thought that if he did it as an “example of what it looks like” that he wouldn’t get in trouble. That’s literally the best example of lacking common sense available for anyone who games. Half of these people were just playing a character and got banned for the toxicity that came, that’s something to feel bad for. Purposely cheating, laughing and enjoying yourself while cheating and then posting the cheating isn’t something to feel bad for.
i got banned on valorant for manually refunding the money spent on skins in the game through the actual bank and now i have to pay $50 to get it back loollll
Shaiiko should be #1 in my opinion. A lot of these cases have someone with a reputation of doing something wrong or having actual evidence of deserving a ban. Shaiiko got banned because a team got smoked so hard they bitched and moaned so loudly that they made the guy get banned. Pengu cries about everything why take him that seriously?
i was banned for using an ability that was released by the game and i wasn't using it for glitches or exploits now a days i wish i used it for glitches really
Okay my CS ban is funny, started playing, got to silver 1 as my first rank, turned on wallhack for 1 game, then played for like a year or two straight, got to DMG and then got banned from the game, I mean, sure ban me but ban me on sight not a year or two after the incident xd
