Discomfort is a sign of learning - many Struggling English Students study, memorise words and study grammar rules to avoid this discomfort and fail to improve their fluency

The emotions we experience while learning to speak English all have a message, and if you're able to learn to interpret it in a way that's helpful to you, so fear, confusion and frustration don't hold you back from making progress and reaching high levels of fluency in English
Discipline while learning English doesn't have to mean studying for hours, especially when you're not seeing results with your fluency over time; discipline is knowing when to make time for English, how much time you can carve out of your life for that to get your results, and making the choice of doing it no matter how uncomfortable it feels
