When Suh left the Lions were a playoff team & had a record setting defense. Him leaving for $114M vs a $112M offer to stay just made him look greedy and was one of the things that made the Lions go downhill. Detroit had a different front office & different coaches back then. What did be do in Miami? Not much. Were the Dolphins a better team than the Lions? No, they were much worse. Maybe living in Miami would be better than living in Detroit, but that's all that could be said about that situation.

When Spiller came to Buffalo Lynch wasn't even part of their gameplan. He was 2nd in the depth chart in 2009 after dealing with injuries, a suspension and being outplayed by Fred Jackson. It was a smart move to let Lynch go, but yeah the Bills though Spiller was their guy, and he also got outplayed by Jackson lol.

@@liggonsreacts21 2009. While Lynch was more worried about not getting suspended for carrying guns, Jackson was having the 5th best all purpose yardage season in NFL history. In 2010 he posted better numbers than Lynch and in 2011, Jackson was better than prime Beast mode until an injury left him out of the season.

Hey KTO, would you consider making a playlist for Top 10 picks/Where are they now on your channel playlist section? It's probably my favorite series you do, looking at former college athletes who had significant seasons before their star fell, and highly recruited players coming out of highschool. To me, those videos stand out in a class of their own because while its easy to focus on the highly successful players and complete busts/disasters, your ability to provide compelling storytelling on players that either didnt have anything to offer or had their one shot and fell back to earth is something that should be highlighted on your channel for new viewers to watch.

Berry is such a good guy and had such a rough injury history. He actually texted and visited with my cousin who was around 10 at the time in the hospital fighting cancer. They reversed roles a couple years later and maintained that friendship throughout. It really sucks that a guy that kind and talented had his career derailed by so many medical issues.

When you look at the numbers on HOF’ers that come out of the draft as a top 10 pick.....it is shockingly low. Its crazy how much money teams dish out, and trade away proven players, hoping to get that next star. Its a crap shoot. Most never amount to much other than average. Many are out of the league in a few years. Teams are just hoping that their pick is a Payton Manning, but probably know that in all likelihood, they won’t be that.

Also I think it's easy to see some drafts are just more loaded than other drafts but you have to scout well, it reminds me of recruiting so many players that are good are not always 4 or 5 Star players.

Oh man, seeing Clinton Portis and Santana Moss as Redskins Team Leaders during the Trent Williams pick makes me feel old. I still remember how Electric Portis was on the Broncos...and Santana Moss will always be one of my favorite Receivers (grew up a Jets fan, Pennington to Moss was always fun, every so often the Accurate Noodle Arm would sling one deep to a wide open Moss)

I remember seeing McClain run down and catch Jeff Demps from behind on a run play to towards the sideline. It just looked like a normal play to the untrained eye. But Demps had the angle and he also had world class speed. The fact that McClain at 250 could run fast enough to catch a world class sprinter was amazing. Demps ran track in the Olympics a few years later.
