I have the exact same placement with the exception of Manager Kim below UI OG Daniel, and that’s only from what I’ve seen of him in Lookism, I’m only about 50 chapters in to Manager Kim’s manhwa so I really can’t say.
Definitely especially since Manager Kim just isn't in his prime no more he hasn't gotten that much screen time either cuz he just isn't that guy no more

Ui daniel is definitely stronger than james lee and kos Og daniel is stronger than basement hulk Old jinyoung and elite is debateble as jinyoung is mentally ill and elite is missing a hand.
Lil Daniel has potential to reach no.2 at the very list. According to Warren's own statement, lil Daniel lost to Big Daniel only due to lack of experience, meaning if he fights more stronger opponents and memorize their moves, he is moving up in ranks.

Ui Daniel over James Lee for now, only reason I saw for now is because Daniel has better feats. James is compared to sb Daniel so some chance he might have perfect body but nothing says that he does

I would put Jichang higher on the list above basement hulk and og daniel for the fact that he gave Elite a decent fight. Plus he didnt get a chance to go all out against OG daniel U.I because thier fight was interrupted.
Goo is an international assassin (Manager Kim) and Gun is a Yakuza (Lookism, Questism, Manager Kim) they have more experience than James Lee and the King of Seoul. Plus UI Daniel lost to Goo with a sword, and UI has a weakness to quick power boost (when power levels jump too fast for it to match) such as Goo with a sword and Tom Lee (Lookism). He should be around OG Daniel, and Manager Kim and Tom should be higher as they are both international threats with Kim having 2 confirmed attempted assasinations on the NK dictator (something that the US CIA, Interpol, and the SK governement haven't been able to do)

And kos and James might be powerful than ui big Daniel cauze the biggest feat of Daniel is copying kos (idk how but he did ) so, while growing rapidly he just entered a new phase whose power is equivalent to few strikes of kos, narratively kos is stronger while james power is unknown man he did not ever faced difficulty in his life he's still the peak
Daniel would’ve never won against JiChang 💀 and it literally showed how much stronger JiChang was compared to Daniel who barely reached 1st generation level in his UI mode. An mind you this same Daniel ended up beating a perfect UI Daniel to extreme Difficulty against His perfect self where he was stated to be at just 0 generation level which again isn’t impressive considering a lot of the 0 generation back than were much stronger and far younger when they beat 1st generation four kings and Jochang back than was far superior than them all to where he was considered the strongest and could keep up with the right hand men of Garpyoung gang in their prime!
