Spring Hill is packed enough already and the traffic is horrible. These aren't beaches. They're glorified parking lots with sand and 8 dollar hamburgers. A park that you won't have access to on the weekends after 8 AM... If you're considering Spring Hill, you'll like Vero Beach or Clearwater much better. Even Tarpon Springs is a utopia compared to Spring Hill. There's plenty of room down there and they have miles of real beaches with dolphins and beautiful people in bikinis and swim trunks ready to greet you.
But it’ll cost you more to live there in every aspect. I agree the real beaches are in Clearwater area but Spring Hill is viable for a lot of people when considering budget

We love Pine Island. My hubby's parents used to live in Spring Hill. We still go to Pine Island and Tarpon Springs. See you next year when we go to Florida. ❤❤
