Even though Shelly was everyone's first brawler and has a bad rank doesn't mean she's a bad brawler. She's actually rlly good in my opinion! Also whenever fighting people may have some bad brawlers but their probs trying to fufill their quests!

Balance changes :) for nerfing those brawleres: Rt: Maje it's super 4x harder to recharge Max: Decrease her speed to slow Penny: Make her exacly like she was before Shelly: Make her faster but make her super do 4x less damage Meg: Make her take 1500 damage per second while in her mecha and make her normal form do 1 damage per projectile
