I really enjoy the longer form videos along with the shorts. Keep up the good work gentlemen! Ps: I think your dad would do a great job giving a loose lesson on the histories of different types of spirits (whiskey, scotch, rum, gin, vodka etc), maybe break each into their own videos and make some classic cocktails with those spirits? Just to clarify the "Stand Fast" thing, it's traditionally used in military marching/drill and ceremonies. For example, in "Column of Files" movements, the element leaders of the elements/columns who aren't marching yet will call "stand fast" as a command for their element/column to hold on marching until otherwise indicated.

I was really sceptical to the Rob Roy with Islay scotch, but finally tried it tonight (actually sipping it right now) and it is really, really good and fun - the peat is definitely a special and exciting twist to this cocktail!

I dont like a whole pour of it. U can cut it. 1 1/2 ounce to 1/2 islay scotch. Or w.e.u like. I use islay like salt.....add as much as u like depending on how robust and petey u want.

For my old fashioned's I like to substitute the sugar cube with pure maple syrup. 1 part of that to 3 parts bourbon, 3 dashes citrus bitters and a cherry.
