I am really enjoying this channel. I have just binge watched many of your videos. I love the whistling theme from the beginning. I was wondering if you could do a history of Leslieville, the Beaches and the Danforth.
I better call my former boss about singing "Take This Job And Shove It", OR find room for my new resume on this drive where my roller-boat plans used to be. Great episode!
As a Toronto tour guide and member of the city's film and TV production community, I find this series fascinating. The stories are so well written, presented and produced by Morgan Cameron Ross and are a great resource for my tours when I want to give travellers a taste of Toronto's history, intriguing stories and the discovery of hidden gems. Great stuff!
@@OldTorontoSeries I was living in Toronto during the Spadina Subway creation. A story went around that they had found a tunnel that led from Castle loma to the harbour. They said the owner of the castle had it made as an escape route for the war of 1812. I have always wondered if that was true. I am sure that someone at the TTC could offer more info.
I see that..lol love your videos.. keep them going. I lived in toronto for 8 years as a IATSE Projectionist. And took my tech degree at RCC. What a unique city.
@@OldTorontoSeries i sent a letter on your ad email... THERE IS A TUNNEL. it, however, does not go to the harb, it goes to other buildings across the road. Funny that you or I have never heard of it as it is a registered Tourist spot. All you have to do to find out all about it is google it. There are even videos ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cJtsrjLrG0A.html
Thank you! It's very interesting information. Many people say that there is no beautiful architecture in Toronto. I think we need to look deep underground
