Best first mods to any e46 is mods that adresses the platforms problems. 1. Strut tower reinforcementplates 2. Rear strutbrace 3. Subframe reinforcement Just my two cents

when you change the rims from 17 to 19 you also need to change at least harder springs on stock suspension.

1.Change your spark plugs 2. Change your brake fluid with German ATE. 3. Headers would be better to replace as you'd gain real HP 4.new control arms 5. Cupkit (Koni shocks/struts with H&Rsprings)or coilovers from KW or ST.

I reccomend the Dynavin N7 E46 as an aftermarket head unit. It's made to look OEM with E46 models.

Hey I have the exact same car but a sedan. Yours sounds good - did you do a resonator delete also or just muffler delete with the SS straight pipe?

My 04 e46 330i mods: Throttle booster. Light Weight Flywheel. Delrin shifter bushings. M3 motor mounts. HD control arms. Slotted discs. SS brakelines. Dot 4 performance brake fluid. Ceramic metallic (dusty kind) pads. Flat Black calipers. 12 BAVSound speakers. Eonon head unit. Brass Timeserted sparkplugs. All aluminum pulleys. Stewart water pump. Mishimoto all aluminum radiator. Full cat-back UUC Corsa TSE3 exhaust. .... and fully stock oem intake and filter because any other filter is no bueno for the clean breathe and no engine issues.

Lol black kidney is only nice on some cars. I like the chrome accents along with the black, looks more gangster on my ZHP especially since they match the rare wheels.

The Eonon head units are trash. They make the car look better but the software is awful. I have one.

You totally could've just generalized on painting the brake calipers in general. I don't think you want everyone driving the same car as you, that just defeats the purpose. You totally should have just titled this video "My Top 7 Best First Mods", which is still oddly contradictive. More like "Check out My 7 e46 Mods". It's just that most of these mods are oddly specific, and are clearly opinion-based. Like I wanted to clown so hard, because I love cracking jokes. I just decided to be constructive instead. Like instead of "muffler delete", go with "bicycle tire with soda can". It still conveys the same idea, perhaps more efficiently, despite using more words. Last thing: Go back to that POS shop that ripped you off by charging you an offensively exploitative amount for basically using a saws-all on your muffler, and get them to give you a proper straight-pipe set-up. These things are actually meant to sound beefier than that Dx-Civic-with-a-Can sound. Keep it up though, dude. They'll continue to get better.

lol fk that.... 18s? na i went with bbs 16 inch wheels from 740i and just lowered my car made them bitch ass wheels wide asf. got Bilstein B16 PSS10 Coil Over Suspension redid whole suspension cai/headers/flash tune for 20$ (do at your own risk) boost 15 hp 27 nm torque

These are ricer mods. Literally best thing to do to e46s is eBay headers, A rear muffler delete, BC coils, OEM+ wheels (not aftermarket) and last the best thing… 3.46 rear diff. Or if you can afford an M3 rear end 3.64 LSD diff.
