Absolutely one of the best format I have ever seen for build tutorials on RU-vid, the summary screen are almost perfect, the only thing they really miss I think, it's which stats to prioritize and in which order (just the top 3), new players miss on that and sometimes really changes on how the build feels
Man the builds you showcase are top tier!!! "Into the shadows" is my favorite void hunter build i uave used in a long long time. I made acouple tweaks to fit my play style but bro youre builds are just so damn good!!
After trying so many builds, I can't find any that feel better than lucky pants/malfeasance/wardens law. Your primary being able to do as much damage as a heavy every 10 seconds just hits different. It also isn't limited to just one subclass.
Gonna have to disagree with liars not being gm level. That is one of my favorite builds to run in gms, you just have to play smarter than most play styles. Combine it with conditional finality and champions get instantly deleted.
I've used almost all of these builds before. I will say, that things like the Liar and then Star-eater build can often be switched between easily for survivability and dps, same with Orpheus and Gyrfalcon. I prefer to use the Spider helmet for Strand though, as I like to never die with it, and paired with Quicksilver you'll be getting infinite tangles, Woven Mail etc. The last thing is that I prefer Le Monarque over Graviton or Buried Bloodlines, as it hits REALLY hard and often the poison with volatile will make you invisible. Pair that with Echo of (forgot the name but the one where void kills explode enemies) and you'll be seeing so many explosions, volatile enemies and orbs. Good video though.
For second build I highly recommend Vouchsafe with Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing Round or Dragonfly. It's a really good way to keep invis 100% of the time
Little tip for anyone who didn't look at the Arc Aspects: Lethal Current makes it so you blind jolted targets when you melee them, so if you're ballsy enough, you can always stun Unstoppables with your fists I usually don't bring anti-unstoppable weapons when using Arc Hunter, but I mainly use Assassin's Cowl, so it's way easier to approach champions without instantly blowing up
I also have a suggestion, its a stasis hunter build. Its good for endgame content and this is its contents: Exotic Weapon: Ager's Scepter Exotic Armor: Foetracer Super: Silence and Squall Aspects: Touch of winter, Grim Harvest Fragments: Whisper of Torment, Whisper of Impetus, Whisper of Fissures, Whisper of Chains Grenade: Duskfield Ability: Gamblers Dodge Helmet Mods: Resilience Mod, Harmonic Siphon, Special Ammo Finder, Radiant Light Arm Mods: Resilience Mod, Bolstering Detonation, Fast Ball, Harmonic Siphon Chest Mods: Resilience Mod, Harmonic Reserves x 3 Legs Mods: Resilience Mod, Stasis Weapon surge x 3 Class Item Mods: Resilience Mod, Time Dilation, Bomber, Powerful Attraction You can tweak this as much as you like as long as you let me know :)
Omni hunter is my good to go build for gm if I'm being a hunter, most of the time it's not sure who is going to pick which class in our team. But it's mostly omni hunter, well warlock and stasis warlock or strand titan.
no clue how duskfield stasis is not there for GM. I can literally solo any content by freezing half of the arena. pair it with the new exotic sidearm for devour and weaken and you are pretty much immune to damage and have insane conttrol
Shards of Galanor, Nighthawk, Gyrfalcon are my main builds. They are just too OP😂. Haven’t use Galanor in GM but in normal nightfall, it’s like 5-6 super in one game
Will these builds still be good and strong this new season? I want to put all these together and save them. Trying to make things less complicated so I can have all these ready to go for any activity. Thanks 🙏
There’s some great builds here! Though, we’re sleeping on the Lucky Malfeasance build. Sure, the loop is simply getting kinetic surge and swapping to Malf, but you can melt so quickly. With the right mods it becomes such a versatile build that can solo so many different things
Okay maybe i'm missing something, because the comments are high praise, but i'm not a good destiny player. How do I actually put together the build you're talking about? What mods and class abilities?
@@luckymec thank you so much. I caught the dim link in the description, but it only had the armor and weapon and sub class stuff which was super helpful, and now i see the mods in the screen shot. This is great!
I’m trying out the 2nd build but I’m a bit confused since in the video you are just able to shoot the enemies and it puts you right back to invis but it’s not working the same way for me.
exiting invis -> Volatile rounds, killing a volatile enemy -> invis. It can be a bit finicky since if you 1 shot an enemy they aren't technically volatile, but if you shoot them, they become volatile, then you shoot again, the kill should make you invis.
dang, I must have missed it, I was looking for what stats - like im going for resilience, recovery and discipline but was wondering if I should go intel instead of disc lol sry! nice vids, liked & subbed!
Yeah this build just doesnt work outside of the season lol. Gpg just doesnt do enough damage to even heavy red bars bars in low stuff like legendary campaigns. A point blank gpg in legendary LF didnt even fully bring down the shields of red bar heavies, leaving me out in the open with no more restoration(since I got no kills) to help. Almost impossible to keep any rotation going or to keep healing up . The dodge is no more or less worthless than the fan knives because both require being close to enemies to get the most out of them, which means putting yourself directly in danger. The time it takes to dodge, cause scorch, and then get the knife off usually is more than enough time for the enmies to burst you down. If you use heal grenade first, the 4 seconds usually isnt enough to get consistent kills. almost always end up with no abilities in the rotation other than my dodge, which does nothing for me since the dodge doesnt actually get me out of harms way lol.
One build that I just started using is wormhusk crown as the gear exotic and tommy's matchbook as the weapon. Running it with healing grenade, markmans dodge, knife trick, gunpowder gamble aspect and knock em down aspect. I forget what the fragments are called, but the one that makes you and nearby alies radiant when you melee, the one tha extends radient and restoration on solar kills, the one that makes your dodge recharge faster when you scorch enemies, and the one that makes solar ignitions spread scorch to nearby enemies. The mods would be heavy ammo finder, harmonic syphon, 2 solar weapon surges, 2 of the one that gives you extra armor charge, the one that extends armor charge duration, and the rest should focus on getting your abilities back faster but I'll leave those open in case anyone want's to make changes. It's a simple build but it shreds everything and is completely underrated.
@luckymec You could substitute star eaters or nighthawk and just pick the mod that makes you collect orbs when you use your class ability and heal every time you pick up an orb, but because your class ability will be available very often and you're constantly doing damage to yourself, wormhusk makes the loop much easier with that constant gurenteed healing in a pinch. You might not always be able to extend restoration on higher level content so having wormhusk to heal more often just ups survivability. It's the only variation I've tried though so I'll try it with star eaters and nighthawk to see what's best.
That roll was field prep and attrition orbs (mainly for the orbs, field prep for the extra ammo) Voltshot is better if you want more damage but I like the extra orbs for more super energy
The problem I have with the melee arc build is that combination blow and lethal current proc pretty rarely and I'm often left with uncharged class and melee abilities. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Dodge HAS to be near enemies to give back melee. If the jolt kills the target then you get your powered melee back, so you still have to kill with the powered melee to get your dodge.
Most are resilience is best option with discipline being a close second. I usually run gambles dodge so mobility and strength aren't super necessary. Extra stats can go into intellect or recovery depending on what you want more
Im an Arc fanboy and that Liars Handshake build is OP!! But the Void Hunter is best when playing with randoms. Either Orpheus or Gyrfalcons makes EVERYONE better.
@@luckymec yeah i cant stop using it finally decided to use a couple of these builds and another build to just feel for something else LP+Malf is so easy with Healing Grenade and Artifacts
This video has been put together exceptionally well!! I'm still learning about different mods and how they work. Would you mind putting the artifact mods in with your videos to assist people who are still learning? I'm recommending your channel to my friends!!!
