You guys better take care of El Julio! He's one of the most humble people I've seen on camera and seems like a hard worker! Amazing videos! Keep it up, guys!
I don’t understand how I was getting calls when I first started out and not on google , now I’m rated number 1 on google and I’m not getting anything. It’s really weird.
I have a detailing business and it’s the same way right now for me also. Usually I would have a lot more calls then what’s happening now. Looking to start a junk removal and do both for the slow season.
I dislike the fact this video has 311 likes and 10,000 plus views.... why is there no love for free game.... Always in a competition that's not acknowledged!!!! Big 👆🏿👆🏿👆🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿👍🏿
I remember you saying when you first started you would take any job and bid to get every job. I get what your saying now but I've taken some jobs mainly to get my relationship going with the facility.
My favorite is when the customer messages you back to brag how cheap they got someone else to do it, and how they were so free to immediately come over. lol
I was just watching to see how other junk removal companies load furniture. Helpful tip tho stand the couches and dressers up take drawers out as needed👍✅
There are also consignment places to sell the stuff for you, in case you can't . Vintage clothing. Consignment , architectural salvage, consignment for clothing home decore , furniture, second hand appliance dealers, phone and computer resale stores , and yes pawn shops . Did i miss anyone ?? I'm going to agenda go to list of people before we open . Oh, also, if time allows, charities will come and pick up stuff for you as well, right Matt ? I've been meaning to ask you guys, have you had any jobs from private individuals or companies as a result from your RU-vid channel ? And about what percentage of your clients found your business this way ?
We had our truck customized to have the walls inside out, we wanted a smooth finish outside so we can wrap out logo on it It normally has ridges on the outside. The plywood keep the inside walls smooth so things don’t get hung up on the ridges
Hi Matt and JoJo. This is Bernard from Big Ben Hauling down in the South Bay ( Gilroy ) I’m new to the business I know your up North but I also you know haulers everywhere. My issue is finding a place to dump food waste so if you or any of your viewers know where I can dump a significant amount of food waste (from a restaurant ) I would greatly appreciate it
I know a guy in my area that uses a large size Ford transit. It works for him because he focuses on small jobs but space is his biggest downfall. Not so much volume but space as far as being able to fit a larger awkward piece where you normally could stand it up in truck/trailer. Otherwise, figure slightly better gas and cheaper repairs.
You can start with anything but when it comes to pulling a trailer depending on the size and weight of the trailer you’ll need a bigger engine. A utility trailer v6 is fine a dump trailer you’ll need a v8 and a truck that has the capability to pull it
We don’t low ball. We charge what we feel we are worth and that’s not the cheapest, we show up looking professional,we give great service, dispose of items properly and to do all that takes time and money.
