What did you find most interesting about Matt's approach to the pack of bulldogs and Pax in this episode of Dog Impossible?

I thought it was gonna be a Cesar Milan video but I like this guy too! I’m just used to cesars charisma but anyone who helps dogs is amazing

I feel that anyone that dedicates their time and energy to helping deserves praise , not comparing to Cesar. They are two separate people trying to do the same good. Period

When Truman finally stepped to the gate and looked up with giant sad eyes it broke my heart. He was so fearful

Trainer: "I'm not going to hurt you and youre not going to hurt me." Dog: "BET"

The Problem is.....five Presidents CANNOT live together.🤣💕

Cesar and this guy have totally different philosophies.

As a multibully family, this episode was brilliant! I have learned so much from your team and approach. We have a Roosevelt, who defends himself from a female karen of the dog world who is younger and thinks she's pack leader. She instigates every fight. This video was great!!! Thankyou.

Poor roosevelt. Was being bullied by 2 other dogs and blamed by the owners. 😭

I know that it can be weird that ppl talk so much to a nervous animal, but as somebody who has a skittish horse, it can definitally help both u and ur pet to know whats going on.

I thought this was going to be a Ceasar episode, but I really like that it was someone else. I'm so grateful that there are more trainers that are willing to do this for these last change dogs. How much time and effort they take with these dogs. How they speak to them and understanding hearts. It's so sweet to see Matt with Truman in the beginning. I really like that he says we don't to conventional training... they let the dog tell them what's going on. We need more dog trainers like this.

If one of these owners that CHOSE to have FIVE dogs says how stressful it is for them, I'm gonna scream.

They own 5 male bulldogs..... sounds like they took on a lot. It’s not fair to Roosevelt to be in that household. They probably also lack structure and obviously let the dogs run the house and didn’t properly socialize during puppy hood.

Pax still muzzled. I dont see much improvement on any of the dogs really. This is all filmed for TV and heavily edited. I like Caeser best.

Ceasar would have dealt with Pax instantly I believe. There is just something about ceasar. Dogs trust him immediately. This guy is also good, but Ceasar is the Master.

I raised an English bulldog for 13 years. She was the sweetest, chill, smart dog. I REALLY hope the President pax owners can maintain consistent training. They deserve to not live in fear of one another.

You are correct, movement of a dog can release some anxiety. It can change some of their thoughts.

I agree - there are no bad dogs - inapprobiate behaviors are always made by humans

To me it looked like he was scared by Pax. His body language looked tense. Then he talks to the dogs as if they are humans. „Don’t be scared - I won’t be either“. It looks very „technically“ talking to much instead of using body language only. Would love him and Cesar working together- to see the reaction of the dogs.

Victoria Stilwell still my favorite trainer. Positive but no need to be "mysterious" and is able to impart her wisdom in an effective, repeatable manner to to the families. No off-site training location required for her show's subjects, though she does have a training academy for aspiring trainers. She also trains the owners as much as the dogs to keep the families harmonious overall. Her show on Animal Planet is called "It's Me or the Dog."

Great to see new dog whisperer but would be great to have caeser milan by side as well

Poor Roosevelt ☹️ that was so sad and his owners have allowed this to happen. No one defending him. No one stepping in and stopping the other dogs from bullying him. How could they not notice that?

They are just naughty boys always getting into trouble those gorgeous bull doggy's. They need more enrichment in their environment more outdoor games, walks at the park, running on the beach, swimming in streams and shallow pools. This is what the owners need to do to channel negative energy into positive energy with their dogs. These boys are bored to death and have nothing to do and so the energy is negative. The same goes with people. I am no dog expert but I owned 5 dogs for 15 years and I believe that a well exercised dog is a happy dog. ☺

I don’t see how using a hose will help the dog. If anything it will condition the dog to be aggressive towards the hose or whenever water is sprayed.

99% of this kind of problem-dog is how YOU raise the dog. A dog won't be aggressive unless the owner let the dog be aggressive

Why would you own 5 dogs when you can't manage them? It's selfish. So many people get dogs bc they think the breed is "cool." They don't give any thought to the dogs themselves or what they need. It's sad. One of the dogs, Truman, is simply terrified. Neither of the male owners have strong leaderships skills. They're delusional, saying, no, no, no - the dogs haven't got a clue who's in charge. What a chaotic environment.

Really great show. Educational and hopeful for behavioral challenged dogs. Thank you.

It’s weird to talk to an animal so much because they can sense your energy without talking to them. Please bring back Cesar Millan. Cesar can speak to animal without talking to them and he’s not only a pack leader but he’s a leader for every dog lovers.

I like the way you think. I believe that fear is the problem too. Our dog was feared by his veterinarian and technicians . Yes it took time and lots of trust. Because we adopted him from a Rescue group, we never knew his background except he was found at a church grounds.

I'm no dog trainer, but i know that the pressure on the dogs neck is not helping him calm down, and your definatly not supposed to look straight at the dog, its very threatening for him

What happened to no look, no touch, no eye contact? He was just staring at the dog since he came in. He was clearly scared so his energy was not calm.

That poor girl is trying so hard to listen and comprehend what the trainer is telling them to do. I hope everything works out for them...

We got three small dogs and a big bear of a dog plus two kittens. They are house train and they get along so well. Every one's in a while they all start barking at the same time. Howling can last about three minutes or so then they quite down and resume their play ing around. Why do they do the howling? Hola. Maria and my doggie Tiny Land from Phoenix Arizona.

That pitbulls really have embodied the presidents spirits 🤷🏻 Lincoln is coolest

Wow REALLY PPL. Look I'm not one to really comment to much but this is my 1st time seeing this show. Which I enjoyed very much. Each person in this industry has their own ways in which they do things. Question: if there's ppl here who r obviously just being complete jerks, who want to watch Caesar Milons show or like how he does his dog training better then go watch him. Go do your thing. BUT WHY THE NEED TO BE NEGATIVE NANCY'S, BE BULLY'S, COMMENT, & POST RUDE THINGS.. He's never said he's trying to be like Caesar nor has he represented himself to be him, I'm almost positive that he most likely never even thought of Caesar when deciding to go into this field I don't think most would. This guy has built his own successful business (by the looks of things he's become successful enough to at least have a tv show unlike most ppl in this world), his back story is absolutely inspiring and it's awesome he's working side by side w/his wife and seems to have a great team of trainers also working within his company that he's built from the ground up, similar to Caesar. So why is it ok 4 one and not the other Again this is my 1st time even watching this show which AGAIN I find rather entertaining. It took me by surprise how many ppl felt the need to spread so much negativity into this world, DON'T WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH TO GO AROUND WHY CONTINUE ADDING EVEN MORE BY BEING SO NEGATIVE TOWARDS A PERSON U DON'T KNOW AND IF U DON'T LIKE HIS TECHNIQUES WHY R U EVEN BOTHERING WATCHING THE SHOW THEN U ADD INSULT TO INJURY BY SAYING THINGS THAT DON'T EVEN RELATE HERE Yes they both train dogs, yes they both have had or still have shows on big networks(unsure if this is an actual ongoing show or not due2me literally just stumbling into this episode) but if any of you Caesar fans even bother to watch Caesar then you'd of known where he's gone too. He's not far, he's got his own RU-vid channel, he's making his own content due 2 his bad experiences w/these mentioned "big network" tv shows. So from what he expressed in his own channel is that he's now creating and posting his own show with his own team which doesn't include the networks. I guess it just really got under my skin because there were haters that were bashing this guy's life, career, &4 what reason? Just to add even more negativity into a world that's already engulfed with so much negativity and toxicity that clearly is already effecting PPLS lives if ppl feel the need to be bully's and go on RU-vid and try to bash someone who's just trying to earn a living and at the same time save innocent dogs lives that would otherwise maybe not have that chance of being saved. That's pretty selfless and giving positive, loving, kind, compassionate energy to this world will only help to make this world healthier and happier 4 all of us. I'm sure there will be a million trolls on here, haters on here who fell the need to jump on this comment but one great thing about myself personally IS THAT I NEVER EVER READ RESPONSES TO ANYTHING I POST THAT WAY I DON'T EVEN ENTERTAIN NEGATIVITY. Nor do I really ever comment like this but this was just really bothersome. There's just no reason 4 it frankly. I do not like their training techniques. Every time the enter the ‘zen’ yard, they scream: coming in with pax!!!! And then the hose to scare the dogs.. Very zen.... I have seen a few video’s. One time he had a dog in a cage and was growling at the dog because the dog was growling at him. On his hands and knees.. That dog was terrified. I was shook. Also why talk to a dog who is in a cage and barking and saying it’s okay i am not going to hurt you... saying it’s okay in that mindset is nurturing that behavior. And then when he had the leash in the first video, he was talking to the dog who wanted to attack him big time. What a trainer... Everybody can call himself a trainer these days.. Btw i am a dog behaviorist and worked with all kind of dogs for years.

The bulldogs are beautiful but yeah that was total chaos...
