Mine is fully tightened but it moves. It's not the mounting bracket to toilet that moves. It's the toilet seat attachment to mounting bracket that moves.

​@@zachmurphthe part that shifts is the clip in mechanism of the unit itself. So if you see the video at :37 the mounting bracket attached to the toilet is solid. It doesn't move at all. It's the unit that moves and there isn't a way to tighten it. It's a common problem for this design.

A lot of bathrooms in the US have outlets in the bathroom.

You are supposed to install one. Apparently they usually use enough power that they require a gfci on a dedicated line to the electrical box. If doing a new build, it’s smart to put one in just in case, so you don’t have to run cable through drywall later.

Upon first glance of you after birth, they knew immediately you would be living with them for a very long time. That being said, I’m certain they installed the receptacle behind the toilet seat specifically for the bidet bc they both knew you were to dumb to wipe your own azz!!😂😂😂
