Got one. It's great. Also got a big soundtouch in the kitchen. Have to use different apps for each and can't play the same music on both which is an oversight. Happy with it overall though

I bought one of these a while ago. it does sound extremely clear and crisp with nice bass BUT only at lower volumes which is not that loud. I'm an audiophile and believe me when I say the bass or any type of bass response disappears at maximum volume and then then vocals sound warm in tone and very smooth though. but for its price here in Canada.. not worth it at all. much better things for 157 after tax here in Vancouver, Canada. if you still don't care all too much about bass go with the Cambridge oontz angle 3xl saves some money. it's bigger but way louder than a jbl extreme. and under a hundred bucks. insane deal.

I heard this speaker at Target. It sounds really good compared to other models. I will most likely be getting the new Extreme 2 coming soon. For the shower I use an Ecobox from Ecoxgear. Great speaker but not good enough to watch movies outdoors.

Hi Armando, I just purchased this speaker, but I feel like the volume - & + are really hard to press. I had to press volume button several times to make it work. The volume buttons just not really responsive. Is this normal?

What does it look like plugged in? I just bought one and I’m trying to make sure it’s actually charging, but nothing on the speaker has lit up yet. The male piece that connects to the speaker directly doesn’t go all the way in. Want to make sure I didn’t get jipped somehow! Thank you. How long does it take to charge fully fresh out of the box? I literally connect get it to come on. It’s been on the charger for about an hour.

Yes, it does not go all the way in but it is charging by me. While charging the white indicator LED is blinking above the charging port. It is said to take 4 hours to fully charge it however it should be less if you use a wall plug.

it indeed does. I have a bose sound link revolve at home and when I compare it to micro, I can barely notice any difference. I also compared it to JBL xtreme in best buy and I still feel this small speak is just as good with the same volume... It really is amazing

I don’t know where you guys are hearing these comparisons but I’ve also heard it and it doesn’t compare at all to the bigger speakers. The bass is lacking and spatial sound is weak. It’s impossible for a tiny speaker to get better sound then full on stereo speakers with passive radiators.

The toughest Bluetooth speaker is the UE Wonderboom. That thing is drop resistant from 5 feet and floats in water. It also weighs 425 grams and it's hard like a baseball.

I dropped this in the tub and didnt notice just yelled at my boyfriend thinking he stopped music on my phone. It was behind me in the water for a good ten min. Talk to Siri and locate the speaker, if u lose it through the app by exact locations anyway i didn’t know it was completely water proof i dried it cried and put in rice over might. Then didn’t wanna turn on for days, like a week, and then found out votes best waterproof speaker!!!!

It's not very responsive like JBL Clip 2. Obviously Bose has a name in the market than JBL but here it fails. Completely tested and didn't reach up to my expectations. Moreover it's expensive than JBL Clip 2. So anyone who is looking to buy bluetooth speaker 🔊 please take a look to JBL before you go ahead for Bose.
