Yes, these places, especially Pasil, look very nice and clean. The streets are well-maintained and the horse-drawn carriages are a great attraction. Thank you for the great walk, KT!!
The 3-meter easement clearing on both sides of the creek has not been implemented yet. Only when that happens, the creek will be free from trash. Hopefully, the law gets implemented throughout to clean up the entire city.

It is a country where Filipinos live and drink water. Don't throw away your surroundings to keep clean and to keep your trash!!! If you can't keep it, leave the unauthorized area. It is also a crime to damage a country to other people.
