Sorry to burst your bubble, but the monarchy will never be dismantled. They make a ton of money for the British government, so the government has no incentive to kick them out no matter what they do, especially because they have no power over actual decisions made by the government. Also, even if the people elected a Parliament AND a Prime Minister who would want the royals out: they’re far too popular to oust, and it’s not even legal to do so. Right now the British government gets 75% of profits made by the Royal Family, but the Royals still own the land they live on, even if it’s subsidized by taxpayer money (which sounds bad but to be fair, they do make a net income of £150 million compared to their upkeep, so they’re not actually costing taxpayers money), so an oust of the Royal Family would just lead to the people who did so being extremely unpopular, potentially being criminally charged, and a new government would be voted in and the Royals would be reinstated. To do so would require an upheaval of the UK’s oppressive systems, which would be great, but very hard

They had 22 suicide victim brought to the hospital that night. I read a good article a while back explaining how this atrocity happened and it's all in the way the French emergency system works. They treated her on-site then drove super slow and even had to stop once or twice to revive her.

They also said it wasnt a natural way to drive to dodys flat and everybody wondered why they took such a indirect way which cost them a lot more miles

The only logical reason I can come up with this is because of her royal status. That somehow it was better to go to that hospital than the 3 minute one. Idk maybe the surgeon was sketchy or she could only be operated on by a specific surgeon

The tunnel's speed camera was working because a guy got a ticket 20 mins earlier. Apparently French traffic police saw a photo of Diana's car and it wasn't speeding.

and also someone got a ticket for speeding from these exact cameras like around 15/20 minutes after the crash????

The cameras were supposedly turned off or facing other directions however shortly after car crash another car got a speeding ticket in the exact same place.

Nothing suspicious about this. Those CCTV were used to manage traffic, not to reccord footage. About the other comments, those CCTV didn't give speeding tickets. It's a completley different system that just take pictures of cars going too fast.

Everything cleaned up and gone with the road reopened mere hours after the collision. They didn’t take her to the closest hospital location. So many wrongs.

Hmm... I don't think it would be difficult for them to find out if she was pregnant. And I don't think they would do it if they weren't absolutely sure.

You & I both. I'm American. I remember watching her on TV when I was young. She was so beautiful, so kind. You could see that she truly cared for this around her. She was as beautiful inside as she was outside. What happened to her is still a tragedy today.

In this video they say that "officers at the scene announced he had blood alcohol levels 3 times the legal limit" but that is a bit confusing. You would expect the driver should have some kind of balance or motor impairment, but evidence doesn't show him having any difficulties. I think this discrepancy might be because France's legal limit is different UK's. In the UK / US it is 0.08 - 0.10% BAC, which would put the level of intoxication somewhere between 0.24% BAC, being unable to walk without assistance, and 0.30% BAC, blacking-out (exact symptoms vary wildly between sources for both values). The legal limit in France is 0.05% BAC. That would put the blood alcohol levels at 0.15% which might not be enough to noticeably impact motor functions / balance, but is enough to significantly impact reaction time. The data is all over the place for this though. The best way to think about it is that he would have had twice the legal limit of blood alcohol in the UK.

If he was a highly-functioning alcoholic, this is (unfortunately) not that difficult to imagine

As someone who drinks at work, I have been black out drunk and still walked perfectly to the car. Of course I wasn't driving but they didn't know I had blacked out because I was talking and walking perfectly fine

unfortunately, if you drink a lot often enough for long enough, you can seem fine while still being blackout drunk. alcoholism is a hell of a thing. also the alcohol limit in france might be different to the UK or USA.

Right? They are mainly at fault for the reason that she died, since all they wanted to do when they crashed was to take pictures instead of helping the victims. Inhumane if you ask me.

A legal case was started involving some of the paparazzi, but they didn't have any consequences. There were a lot of paparazzi involved so they couldn't get all of them and it's also hard to judge which ones were to blame. Also given the chaos of the situation and how most of the people weren't even photographers, just people trying to make some fast money, it's hard to blame them specifically. I do think they were to blame, but I understand why they were judged as innocent, cause in a way the public is to blame for there even being so much demand for pictures of her.

maybe the authorities should have outlawed paparazzi to some extent. Required licenses. Something. Made some sort of effort to prevent something like this from ever happening again. Doesn’t show much care when they don’t even make an attempt. 😔

@@soniax8964 not to mention witnesses in that tunnel mentioned seeing a bright flash . Also the ambulance took their sweet time to get to the hospital when it was really close. If i'm not mistaken they even decided to go to another hospital? Not to mention the surveillance that showed the bodyguard he did not look drunk at all and did not drink either. The reports of her bloodwork showing she was not pregnant could have easily been fabricated if someone in the royal family paid good money to tamper with her report. Kendall Rae did a great video on this.

Firstly, i really doubt that the royal family could get French paramedics on their side, but also, there are legit reasons why the ambulance drove slow and went to a different hospital. Diana's injurys were severe enough that the ambulance could have wanted to drive quite slowly to ensure the smoothest ride possible, as not to exacerbate her injuries, and they might have gone to a different hospital as it might have been better equipped to deal with her injuries.

@@Huggsmd nah. Look up the EMT who said he was talking to Diana as her Injuries were not as severe as was the claim. There is WAY too much evidence that this was setup. She knew she wasn't meant to live, she said that several times. Even referred to herself as a "sacrificial lamb".
