This reminds me of Chris Benoit who suffered from CTE who died in 2007 killing his family plus himself . When they studied his brain they said it was beyond damage plus his substance abuse . I remember when his wife filed for divorce a few yrs before they reconcile. She said one of the reasons was due to human cruelty. They met thru an affair. Plus Eddie Guerrero death hurt him. Glad mental health is being talked about in male dominated professions

First and foremost, I really feel bad for Larry from a health standpoint. His concussions began so early and I'm quite sure CTE set in way before the average time/age for pro athletes who sustained concussions. I hope and pray that he and other athletes can get the best assistance offered in helping them combat this dreaded condition. ON ANOTHER NOTE: Whatever Jay-Z does or does not do, it can and will be HIGHLY scrutinized by anyone who is making a point. Aaron was my good friend in college and when I tell you the person they portray in the media wasn’t the person I remember. He was a little wild card, but he was like a big kid that was just so freaking playful and aggravating lol. I met him my freshman year in Mac1105 and we just click like sis/bro. I do feel like people around him knew that he was loyal af & would protect the people he love and they used that against him. But I do feel CTE played a major part of his downfall-I couldn’t even phantom him doing the things they said he did cause I was always use to the big playful kid

Oooh, when I was young we listened to Gary with the Tea on the way to school in Austin, TX. He always did his colour of the day and gave his gossip segment. One morning he spoke on Larry, Jay and Beyonce and how Jay allegedly shared a penthouse with Larry while Beyonce ran around acting out because he wouldn’t come home. Needless to say that was the last time Gary was on the radio airwaves for a while in Austin. I didn’t hear anything from him until years later when I moved to Dallas-Ft Worth

I feel bad for a the NFL players that end up with CTE. Imagine being that dude for all these years and then you start losing your mind and you have no control over it. Both NFL and Boxing are two of America's favorite sports and even with the known damages it does, I guess they figure they are paid enough so just deal with it. Its really sad! Then Will Smith starred in the movie Concussion about Dr. Omalu who basically was dragged by the NFL for raising flags about it. The NFL players association sued the NFL about it I think. Nearly every football player (and a few wrestlers) have had highly publicized stories (some murders, some suicides)... I mean it's been out there. People just pretend it's not a real thing bc its invisible.

I don’t think Larry has CTE. I do believe he has some mental health issues that were never addressed which is sadly common in Black families. He’s had peculiar behavior since he was a child. The family knows something is wrong but don’t want to deal with it which is common for BP and I never understood why. As a community we need to do better when it comes to mental health. I pray he gets the help he and support he needs. Great video. You all found out things about him I didn’t even know.
