Sometimes there’s inconsistencies in what you say versus what cops think they know, because in a moment of panic, your brain can’t remember everything exactly how it happened.
@kevinmullner4280
@kevinmullner4280 Год назад
If you can tell a straight story they also say you´re lying and prepared it beforehand, because "nobody can remember all facts that good; there MUST be inconsistencies in your story" to be a truthful witness. But IF there are inconsistencies....and the circle closes. You´re effed up this or that way if they are bad cops and want you to be the perpetrator. So: Mouth shut, call an attorney and your chances increase exponentially to get a fair behaviour even out of bad cops. This is what i recommend for all Americans. I´m from Germany; at my country it is a different story. Cops aren´t allowed to lie to you, you´re not going to jail for lil´ things like drinking alcohol outside, the cops are always in pairs, often a woman and a man, they are polite if you are and the best: Only 8 people killed by the german police in 2021. 8 out of 84 million citizens. 8 too much if you ask me, but compared to the US....1.055 in 2021. To get it into perspective: The US needs to have 11.077.500.000 citizens [11 billions 77 millions and 500.000] to have the same [low] rate of people killed by police as in Germany. This isn´t alone the problem of everybody potentially having a gun in the US, it´s also that everybody in Germany is health - insured [so people with psychological issues get help for free], that everybody without work is given a home including heating and warm water and 500,- €/month to get electricity, buy food and everything else [per person]. And this is only for the people unemployed over more than two years. If you loose your job [without your own fault] you get nearly 70% of your last years netto income for up to a year. After that year it is declining. Nobody has to become a criminal because of being hungry, cold or sick. So, we have less desperate people, doing less desperate things, which could end in being shot by the "loose cannons" of the police force. Just take a look here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wtV5ev6813I.html Very interesting stuff. Sorry for me to digress. But everything is always interconnected with everything else, so.... I wish you a "Guten Rutsch" [nice slide, into the new year]. And please stay safe, you and your family.

Thank you Crime Circus for bringing us this video. I wonder how detective Jason Denny and detective human or whatever their names are proud of herself that they got this sweet young man killed. They got mad because they thought that they were going to trick him into saying that he did it. like trying to lead him into saying he had to shoot the guy because he was protecting himself or something like that. I got really frustrated watching it because I wanted the guy to come back and tell him what evidence they had and be truthful with him just like he's asking for. Moreover, I don't see any body language that says that he's lying. It really makes me sick you know if they had any hard evidence they would have showed it to him. I believe him 100%. There is absolutely no defensiveness in his voice, I played it back three times before that cop says "you took a big gulp when I asked you about glokknine that's because you're lying" he just gets frustrated with their little games. So sad and it really is a lesson in as soon as they read him his rights he should have said "okay ,I need a lawyer." I hope that anybody who watches this learns from it, and even if you are innocent always remain silent and get a lawyer. You two detectives should be fired you are disgusting!!!!! Yes saskt but true... We not only have to teach our children not to talk to strangers, but we also need to teach them never to talk to cops w/out a lawyer present. I knew they had nothing on him that's why they were pressing him so hard wanting him to cop but he remained steadfast. He knew he didn't commit murder that's why he wasn't tripping. He looked them str8 in their eyes & said he didn't do it. And, her never said CJ, he said J, I rewinded it to make sure that what I thought he said. I literally have so much hate for these 2 detectives. He keeps asking am I being charged and they keep beating around the bush. They want him to answer all their questions and be honest but they can't do the same. I wish he would have just lawyered up and kept his mouth shut.

I can tell you do not understand the police & their tactics did you not see how they tried to say he called PJ to come pick him up after the party when we all heard him say he called J stay woke they're job is to make him change his story which is why they took a break & left I'm in the room alone

@@BenjiClips614 facts brother as you can see there are LOTS of inmates still locked up since 1990’s who still are serving their sentences for murders they didn’t commit, to armed robberies they didn’t do, for assault , for drugs, etc the system is a joke and that’s why black men are mostly criticized as criminals in this world. This will never change until the government is exposed and the people stand together as one. But I never see that happening.
