bro you are so underrated. you explain everything so clearly. i love your calm voice, and the amazing concepts that you teach. your animation and video editing is great, and the black and white theme makes me focused and not distracted. the videos are short, to the point, and concise, and explore ideas i may not have thought of yet, and didnt know i was struggling with. you make some great content man, i thank you for educating me on self-improvement. i have been doing this for 2 years now, and i only just found your channel. i hope you achieve prosperity and success.

Did you ever think about opening a Patreon? Your content is absolutely amazing and it is really something different than other things I see on the internet. Even when talking solely about self-improvement, your way of communicating things really resonated with me. I imagine that doing youtube isn't your main focus in life, and that you have other life/job plans in mind, but with the quality of content you upload here, I really do belive you could succeed full-time on youtube.

Appreciate it! I have a full-time job right now, but I do love making these videos and teaching about self-development. I have been thinking about creating a community whether that is through patreon, facebook groups, discord, etc. If I decide to do that, I will definitely transition to work more on RU-vid, and less on my full-time job. We'll see what 2024 have in store for us!

@@OutperformMP Hello there! Your channel is seriously impressive, and as I'm just getting started on RU-vid myself, I've come to realize how challenging it is to manage everything solo while balancing the demands of life. I've been actively looking for a like-minded collaborator to build a channel with, but unfortunately, haven't found the right fit until I stumbled upon your content. Your channel, focusing on a topic I'm fervently interested in, caught my eye, and I couldn't resist reaching out. Would you be open to the idea of working with you on the channel? i could creat and manage the patreon and Discord, editing, brainstorming ideas for content I have literally a giant playlist of self-improvement videos and anything else you need. No pressure, and you don't have to worry about payment until we start making more money. Let's make things even more awesome 😎! dear god I've wrote a lot 😅

Wow. I just realized how true this is. I am a college student, aware that I am constantly living in the future and anxious. My parents, wherever they come visit me, love to look back at my journey and recall all the past moments; it has always made me feel proud and relieved me of stress.

Epic video, great channel, keep it up and thanks for uploading. I already knew "practicing gratitude" was a good idea but I still didn't actually consider doing it until now :D

That really great points! Live in the present, not in the future. Enjoy the process, not the prize you are going to win! And the gratitude, not only towards yourself, but also towards other people and even challenges. Like a simple "thank you" to the other person may mean a lot. That's why every time I think video was useful to me, at least I thanks the creator by typing a commentary. Also, when getting a challenge, instead of cursing the world, we can be thankful to it, since only in struggles/challenges we grow! Thanks for the video!

If I look back on the progress I've made, I become cocky and complacent. I find it best when I get motivated by the prospect of what I can become and when I get excited about challenging myself, but these feelings are inconsistent

0:43 I found that enjoying the journey is what makes it grateful. I don't think the mindset of "if I do this, I'll be happy" is healthy because it means that you hate what you do. You have that goal of improving but you don't like what your doing to get to that goal. Humans are built to always achieve a new high. The harsh truth is that you've already achieved what you said would make you "happy", that's hedonic adaptation.

Hey, wish you will read this. I love your videos, they're so high quality and offer so many things to learn. But, I want you to consider replacing the high pitched sounds (when letters emerges) to something else or nothing. That makes me discomfort and wanna stop watching.

@Zadezack-z3ll
@Zadezack-z3ll 10 месяцев назад
@@mohamedshakir1642constantly improving yourselves is the main and root cause of anxiety, ones consciousness gets hooked to doing things on a regular basis. Imagine having an average routine the outcome or the results one yields is average too, one can not solve the problems of its individual life by doing something you are being normal doing it. One has to push his mind and mental state into the unknown to actually observe what the individual is capable of. And yup being anxious is the sign that you aren't leading a aimless life, to overcome that so called anxiety, cut the noise out, stop correlating your life with others, just focus on getting things done on a regular basis, and have full control over your mind. Hope this helps you, however some of the concepts discussed are from book can't hurt me and some newsletters i follow on a daily basis have a good day
